actually, a tiger`s canines average just under 3 inches, at 2.09 inches, to be exact, the lion`s being only 1.5 cm`s less. and, the bite force of a tiger has never been measured, only estimated, but i dooubt they would have a bite force as high as that of the lion, which has a proportionately bigger head, and larger sagittal crest as well, which would equate to a more powerful bite.

...the 691 lb figure wasn`t estimated, as i had seen the documentary....however, the lion was not quite of adult age....he was between 3 and 4 years of age. and, the average lion and tiger is 9ft in length, not 11, or 13 ft......even the longest tiger on record did not reach 13 ft.
