@thomasmiller1 If you don't like the show, thats fine. On that note, its rather annoying when people go out of their way to insult or bash a show (Ex: the 14 comments from you). One of the reasons I like Sg-U is because its very dramatic, a unique addition to the franchise. Its not better or worse, just different. And hell if you don't like the drama, the action and adventure are still cool as always.

Lots of retarded comments from children who want explosions, corny jokes, superheroes to cheer, and black-hat bad guys to boo.

I enjoyed SG1 and SGA for what they were: Two-dimensional fantasy escapism that sometimes transcended their tropes and the limited talent of some of their stars. SGU built on the existing mythos but was in an entirely different league than its predecessors.

Enjoy each show for what it is. But stop being disappointed with SGU because it was a human drama

attacked in full force well now we know they where fighting another war at the other end of there galxey so now the remaines of the ori and all the others have a much more stronge foe to deal with and mix in the crews from all the stargates into this show because there all back at earth alantes with a full crew with more then just baice on how it works and back to full power with new ships and still doing what they did in SG-1 going to there plantes in there system to try to find ways to fight

@Thomas - can you imagine what SG1 would be like now? Sure I would love to see SG1 but imagine for a second what it would be like. The Stargate shows all weave together so.. Jack would have little interaction in it now. He is a general at Home World Command. He won't be out on the battlefield that much. Samantha is out flying a ship in space. Jackson- I think he would be in it still. So that would be a go. Teal'q I could see him coming back too. Half the team gone on other endeavors? Yeish. :(

@thomasmiller1 You're totally right. If Stargate wants a new series that will last, all they have to do is watch again the first few seasons of SG-1 & they will see what fans really want.

We don't want Battlestar Galactica. We don't want a soap opera in space. We want fun stories with fun characters & we don't want everything to be washed out in shadow & in black & everybody is wearing black & everybody is so frickin serious. It's a joke.

SG-1 was fun. Stargate Atlantis was fun.  SGU? no

@thomasmiller1 Just because you can't appreciate an adult sci-fi character drama, that doesn't mean it's "high school bull crap", or any of the other juvenile terms the anti-fans are parroting. It's much truer to the genre than SG-1 or Atlantis were, and while I don't get the same entertainment value from it that I did SG-1, it's comfortably better than SGA in my opinion.
