  • Rescue 911 - Episode 306H - "Log-Pinned Baby" *Behind the Scenes*

Shows the filming of this episode - Behind the Scenes

  • @ozarkatv Cool, thanks for uploading it.

  • WOW those are HUGE ugly glasses on the older daughter! (I know that's how they were in the old days, but still, EW!) These episodes are so hard to watch, I can't help but imagine if it happened to my baby, makes me cry every time. But they're addictive, lol. What did I learn from this? DON'T drive when there is no visibility!

  • ha ha ha ha thats so funny

  • I knew Bobby he was a good log hauler he's gone now but his family still logs and I haul for them every now and then. I knew when this happened it hurt Bobby quite abit. I know people think we dont care and that people dont like to get behind log trucks here in arkansas but its a way of life for us and thats why we like for people to watch out for us,cause we are watching for ya'll.

  • here's your teddy bear! Can you hold onto that? That's pretty funny.....sorry

  • where was her headlights? shouldnt they be on?

  • Lmfao, Did that one guy say it was an awesome sight? Wtf?

  • omg. i couldnt watch this if i didnt know this show always has a happy end

  • that is the scariest thing ever

  • That sister had awfully big glasses and I think the yellow dress was ugly. The accident reminds me of the bus accident in Konginkangas where paper rolls fell out of a truck and crashed into a bus, several people were crushed to death.

  • Great!

  • I really admire Bobby the log truck driver, he seems like a very safe and responsible truck driver. I just graduated from truck driving school and I hope that some day I will be just like him!

  • i kno when the cop said "it was an awesome sight" i knew he didn't really mean it was cool. but he could use a different word, like horrible.

  • since when does ems do extrication i thought the fire dept did

  • ^*truck not trucking*

  • Trucker was a bit heavy on the brakes given the log was in the passenger compartment and with such a overhang the force of the trucking stopping the van was transmitted through the log.

Obviously the incident wasn't his fault.

  • Ha is the RE-Enactment mom wearing a WIG it looks funny..

  • Horrible re-enactment on the mother's part...

  • I was wondering if you or Beatlemoe has the next episode 'Best Buddy Rescue'. That's the one where a boy hangs himself on a rope. Is there an episode related to it?

  • Is the dispatch William Shartner is standing end at the beggining the same one shown in #403 Kids in Smoke?

  • yet another affirmation, that carseats SAVE LIVES.

  • wow i remember seeing this on tv

  • oh my god, i saw the happy tree friends episode wen a car drove in the log like this, i didnt think it wud b possible

  • Obviously don't drive too fast and be extra carefull

  • I saw that episode before.

  • she didn't have her healights on i noticed.

  • I remember the log tree kid!

  • me too, i remember this episode well

  • wow wtf that guy said a cool sight 4:56 what the freak

  • That's not what "Awesome" means when used in that context.

  • thank goodness she kept crying

  • I like Bobby the log truck driver he seems pretty cool!!! I wonder if him and the family ever got to meet up after the accident?

  • agreed

  • nice glasses NOT

  • welcome to 80's fashion :P

  • The sister didn't seem to care the first time u c her!

  • ya well this was a reenactment, not the real thing, she was prolly upset during the real event.

  • Where i live i dont normally see log trucks that long, but i think one that has a load with logs that long should have escorts front and back

  • @bushwhacked59 I drive one just like it here in this show ,and this took place in arkansas, its not dangerous at all, i'll take my log truck almost everywhere you will with your car.

  • that is just sick making your kid wear those glasses.

  • Its 1991 thats what they wore deal with it!

  • I noticed the first time they showed the van lights were on, then later the lights were off, then when the van crashed the lights were on again.

  • My friend's daughter is named Tessa. She's 5 now and has a new baby sister, Cassandra.

The baby in this segment is an adorable little sweet pea. : )

    I'm glad she was okay.

  • idk just looked kinda funny to see a log truck driver wearing white sneakers lol

  • seems like everytime you look in a log truck you always see an old man driving it, HaHa thats how my grandpa retired too

  • wat is the episode after called???

  • "Best Buddy Rescue", it's not uploaded.

  • I hope somebody uploads best buddy segment one day basckit, beatlemoe or allgood.

  • @allgood2000 Are you still on strike due to the episodes you don't have?

  • at 1:51 it looked like the baby flipped of her sister XD

  • Why wasn't she paying attention? Some people just have no business driving at all.

  • She couldn't see because it was foggy.

  • do the people really get hurt?

  • the fog is soo thick and he just pulled out when she was hauling down the road you cant see shit in that dense fog, not much you can do just drive slow and keep alert

  • U pull over till u can see better especially when u see a logging truck in front of u just before the fog came! When I'm driving and it starts pouring down really hard to where u can't see I always pull over till the rain lets up. I never drive if I can't see what's ahead of me.

  • They were all extremely lucky!

  • And what's fustrating is that the fog disappears after the crash.

  • Exactly!! Which is why I would have pulled over when I couldn't see ahead of me.

  • Poor baby. DAMN THAT THICK FOG!!

  • the baby screaming at 1:51-52 sounds like that when the RESCUE 911 title pops up on the screen you know waah, "This is 911 do you have an emergency?

  • at 1:46-47 it sounds like reused audio from #102's Cpr baby, the a huh a huh sound babies make when sick or hungry.

  • Stop at 1:51! Sad but funny. It looks Like the baby is flipping off the girl! LOL! YEt sad. 9:16-9:18. I saw a bart simpson ball!

  • the little country girl is so cute

  • I actually worked on this segment as key production assistant; I even bought the van that was crashed. I can tell you that to get the scene of the van hitting the truck, they ran a cable from the front of the van to a pulley mounted on the truck axle, which then ran under the van back to a tow truck outside the frame...so when it came time to crash, the truck drove away, pulling the van into the log truck. I also ran the fog machine on several of these shots. Pretty cool to see it again!

  • Before the baby gets hit it acually kinda looks like the babies flipping of the girl :O

  • In 9:16 I saw a bart simpson ball.

  • Which episode came after this one?

  • A boy accidentally hangs himself on a rope swing and his friend saves him by cutting the rope with a hatchet.

  • do you have it uploaded?

  • No.

  • rats.

  • do u have the episode wher a kid slipps and is ran over by a lawn mower

  • There were two segments where that happens.

  • HOLY S*HT

    POOR KID!!!!

THIS WHOLE SHOW IS DAMN SORRY!!!

ran over by a lawn mower

    damn did he live???????????

  • his legs get pretty scratched but he is better now no amputations

  • ok,i got scared because abusive parents messed with the wrong kid so he tripped him and he ran over him with a lawn mower!

and the mom too a little later

  • i've become completely PARANOID because of this show!

  • THere's only ONE show from the early 90's that could make you really paranoid. Unsolved Mysteries with that scary-sounding fucker in the trenchcoat

  • One lesson to be learned from this segment is when it is foggy out and you are driving, turn on your car lights so that you'll see where you are going.

  • That sometimes doesn't help, man. Some cars don't have fog lights. Regular headlights don't really help people see the fog clearly with it. Fog lights provide better visibility.

  • i was thinking the same thing.

  • I don't know how they recreated half of the things in this show. Like the little kid running around on fire in episode 126...That episode was in my home town so I've watched it a lot and I still can't figure out if it's a kid or a very small stunt man.

  • I know at least one of their stuntmen was short (I think his name was Bobby Porter), and probably doubled for a lot of kids.

  • I just watched it again and I can't believe that this never effected me as a child some of the reenactments are just plain brutal. Some of the 911 tapes I just can't listen to like the Arlington Intruder one. I guess I never really paid it much mind as a kid but its hard to watch some of this now.

  • lol, I know. It was my favorite show in 4th and 5th grade, and I'm really surprised my parents even let me watch this.

  • Well, so many lives were saved as a result of what people learned from watching Rescue 911 that the benefits outweighed the risks if you ask me.

  • now adays they say it once they say it athousand times car seats save lives

  • The fog may have been real.

  • Accidents scare me enough when its like teenagers to adults but when its babies and little kids that just makes me almost cry its so bad.

  • A Very Lucky Baby!!!!!!!

  • You know, if I were the mother, I would have turned on my lights since it was really foggy that morning.

  • car seats are important !! :)

  • She should have been prosecuted for driving without due care and attention. She could not have been driving according to the conditions, to much speed in the fog.

  • =O OMG!

  • The fog was thick, she couldn't see the log truck, and the truck driver couldn't see her.

  • um what a bunch of retard comments from certain people. It was a pure accident, no ones fault and the child was lucky. HOLY glasses on the little girl tho lol

  • go to tvshowsondvd, com and vote on rescue 911 to come out on dvd, rescue 911 has 435 votes

  • Wow!

  • I know exactly where that happened, being from around the area and all. BTW, Shatner put an extra "D" sound in Dardanelle. Most people including myself just say "Dard'nelle" wow. THAT is a miracle!!

  • you might need to learn how to spell before you call other people stupid.

  • what happend
