just watch 'heroes live forever' at the 2000 olympics - that'll settle any arguments about her. awesome indeed, she has so many over-tones it sometimes sounds like she's singing 2 octaves at the same time. Since the Sydney 2000 Olympics song "Hero's Live Forever", I knew Vanessa was a superstar talent. To have the vocal abilities to do what she does is rare and very special. She can hold a note longer than most, and hits high notes better than most. Very rare. I hope she blows up world wide and becomes as big as Streisand, Whitney, Mariah Celine and Christina.
