Does anyone know about the sound effects production for these shorts? Were they done live? By sound effects, I'm referring to the sounds when someone gets hit or bopped by a stooge. The echo sounds similar to the voices, so it sounds like a live mic is recording both, rather than the sounds being overdubbed in post production.

@phillydisco I don't think it's unreasonable to think they were done live, off camera, just because these gags would have to be mapped out before they were filmed.
