I have met Stevie... Backstage Indpls MSA 1977 .1978 and again in the 80's. She is everyone and everything she appears to be and more. She is a gracious lady and a timeless LEGEND.
Siver Springs Is a song that speaks for us. Meaning someone I really loved really upest me and ended up with someone. Every word from Silver Springs truly is what I wanted to tell them. As I'm sure others have felt.
I seen her at the Palace of Auburn Hills where the NBA basketball team Detroit Pistons play; my bff got us tickets for my Christmas present. It was the best time ever!!!! Thank you Julie, love ya girl!!
Whenever I listen to this song I am just speechless. Simply, beautiful. This song is as perfect as perfection can be. So, so beautiful with such emotion and feeling. Makes me think about my ex and the mistakes I made.
A beautiful song, with a hard edge that makes your heart bleed. Stevie is a jewel in music. She has survived the hard times in her life and has done the right thing in the end. Thanks, Stevie, for all the beautiful music.
@weirdowaldo ... Yes! Stevie was always in the forefront, but Christie showed her talent and musical gift when she did "Songbird." I heard John McVie say in an interview that he could not hear Christie sing that song without getting a tear or two.
She's definitely off this night. Not the best vocal. She must not have been feeling well. What a trooper! It's amazing someone so rich and famous still actually cares so deeply for us regular people.
Why was Stevie in pain? I know they cancelled some shows earlier, does anyone know what was wrong with her? I just saw them last night in Salt Lake, front row as well, and she was AMAZING! She looked prettier than ever, my first time actually seeing her close up, and she the youngest 61 yr old I've ever seen.
Saw this concert last night, Orlando, left me speechless. I believe Stevie was favoring her side, she seemed in some pain, BUT NEVER missed a beat, truly a professional and classy lady
