@Nikqogregg Well, therapeutically speaking, writing and arts (such as poetry) are an excellent means of dealing with trauma like this. A victim has to focus on it at some point when they are ready to. If something like this happens and you don't focus on it at all, what you're really doing is locking it away someplace where it can't hurt you. Unfortunately this is only a short-term fix, and generally makes matters worse. What you are doing is criticizing somebody's recovery.
