it is a long way to union to romanian. even we don't know if would be good, or if ue would let us to unite. but we want good for moldovians because they are romanians, and majoritars in moldova. we want no russian control, democracy, free access to western investors. of course, a union with romania would bring more investors, because romanian is in ue, but, for romania would be an expensive experience.

true! but, of course, germans are germans- they had ambition to bring fast east on the level of west. romania is not such high like west germany, and, besides, is about investors, not state intervention. the chances to have a huge amounth of investitions are much more high in an union with romania than in an independent, non-ue moldova.

Everyone is starting to contest the elections. If the PCM is so sure about the vote, they can accept a new popular consultation rather than declaring the opposition "illegal" and trying a Coup d'etat.

Voronin knows that they cheated, he knows that a new election means that the OSCE observers will be more careful...so he will likely loose his power.

THEY WILL DO WHATEVER IT TAKES TO REMAIN ON THE HEAD OF THE STATE.

Moldovans will have to take the power rather than ask for it.

Firstly, there were around 30 thousand protesters. Secondly, Moldovans are intimidated and kept under fear to not ask for reelections and to not protest. This is a looong process over the years. 30 thousand is still not near to the 50% mark. You need almost one and a half million people to call for this, even then it will barely be 50%. Why do you assume communism must be corrupt?

If you want reform, you should vote for capitalism. If your vote fails you have no one to blame.

If you think you were cheated by one party, call for an investigation into their actions

Protesting will just make more people afraid and will only result in YOU suppressing those who really want communism

The investigation is on its way, but these communist bastards don't give the list of voters (they obviously have something to hide). If you understand romanian I could give you some links on youtube, where people (who went to the polls) say that in the list of voters there were deceased persons or who no longer live in Moldova. There were also multiple votes by means of 2 or more residence papers of the Moldavian ID card. And here communism is extremely corrupt, believe me.
