actually it CAN be summer all the time; in the equator. altho, the latinas have drug and thug; africa have civil war; indonesia and vietnam is kinda backward. a good place to go is brunei and malaysia. indeed, living conditionin the klang valley in west coast peninsular is approaching first world standard.
