  • eh, i might not get it

  • shit i have the same pb !

Can someone tell me if it is possible to repair it by myself ? Like open the CDJ and loose up something ? Or I realy need to send back to pioneer ?

  • I was going to get a pair of these in a few weeks. But this problem has sketched me out abit, how common are problems like these with the cdj's?

  • That happened with my CDJ-400.

  • have the same problem

  • vinyls FTW!!!

  • I had the same problem and my friend I have, opened up the cdj. Took it apart and crazy glued the tray. The tray that brings the cd back in, and pushs it out.

  • @djcspinnercesar Heyy man, this has hapenned to my CDJ900,

Was it easy pulling it apart and that? like should i service it or get another guy to do it?

  • restart - reset system ;)

  • fucking peice of shit, id kill someone if this happened

  • can anyone help me out with my cdj 800 problem

  • scary

  • this is the jackhammer version of the cdj 800:)) shit man, I hate when this things happen on expensive gear.

  • I have the same problem with the CDJ 2000. Just made a video about it.

  • my friend had the same problem with his cdj 800mk1, we were at the beach getting ready for a small gig with his gear. after some observation we fixed it with "triz"

  • hello

Your you might add a few scratches to one beat of hip hop? It you might send it for mail. I wait for your response. Regards

  • I had the exact same problem, but i figured out a workaround for it...

If you disasemble the CDJ you will see a white piece thats on top with the gears below, if you press down that part above the gears, it will eject the CD.

I placed a small piece of folded papper (creating volume) and carefully taped it there, so that when you place the metal plate on top, it presses tha piece down by itself...

    Problem solved...

  • I've had this problem over three times now! :(

  • can you tell me how to fix the problem?

b'cause I have the same problem

please if u know reply me.

    thank u

  • complain...i´ve got back my money from pioneer...

  • i have this same issue!!

  • my cdj is comig up with the same error code but is not making any noise or taking in or reading any discs. It started playing up after a cd got stuck inside and i used the force eject tool lol! It seems like it has lost about 90% of the power to the loading motor :(

  • got it sorted now it was a power supply fault. £95 not bad

  • I know you got it fixed but you could have used 'the force eject' which is the little black hole above where you slot the cd in, it was jsut the cd caught in there.. it would have been fine but im glad you got it fixed...

  • is that sound coming from a track or is it really the cd or something inside the CDJ?

  • its from inside the cdj.

problem is fixed by sending the player to pioneer. i´ve got a new one now.

  • how about the master tempo light keep flashing or sometime it blink?

  • that's what happens when you drink and try to dj at the same time duede hahaha

  • MSIRNOFF youre a god in my eyes right now! thx i fixed my cdj!

  • translate to english please.

  • i received the same error... that clicking noise is the eject mechanism.. it has come out of its place. to recalibrate it all you need to do is unscrew the 4 black screws on the botton and silver screw at the back to take off the top cover.. lift it off sideways from right to left. unplug the cable. then unscrew the silver plate (where the cd goes). do the same to your other cdj and compare the two... you will see how the black part is not lined up so you just need to click it up into place.

  • ыыы

  • worked, thanks

  • heeeyy i need your heeelp with photos or something, i did what u said, but the mechanism seems to be to slow and weak to insert or remove a CD!! i need that CDJ 800 for a show next week!!! HELP PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • i have exactly the same problem, this started after i used the 'force eject tool' to remove a disc from the player yesterday. the disc will go in but only if you push it right in but it will not read the cd and comes up with the error code 9101 :(

  • how did the show go??

  • E-91 01

    Error type: MECHANICAL TIME OUT

Error content: Mechanical operation did not end within specified time.

Cause and remedy: Foreign object in disc loading slot.

    -> Remove foreign object.

    Manual instructions.

  • well you should take it in to pioneer

  • I shoved a CD in mine while it was ticking as hard as I could

after a while it make kind of a snap or crack noise and went back to normal

I do not recommend anyone doing this but for me I was deperately looking for a reason to upgrade to MKIII's but unfortunately it came back to life :(

  • slot in mechanism is set up in wrong position so cdj wants pull disc to inside and gives that noise.

  • anybody knows the solution?

  • tu la acheté quand

  • tu la a

  • *********** RTFM********use the tool attatched to the bottom of the cdj that looks like a big needle to manually take out the cd by sticking it into that tiny hole in the front where u load the cd, push it all the way, the cd will pop out

  • Just got the same with my CDJ-200. No CD in, and nothing visible in the slot. Tried taking it apart, without spotting anything wrong. :(

  • What ever I know what's best

    THE END!

  • I have same problem but in brand new CDJ 400. Error E-9101...

  • probably the cd got stcuk and the magnet is holding the cd...u gotta have some one that good with electronics to open that up or send it to pioneer to fix it

  • Its beating an egg LMAO, must be a big problem but sounds hilarious.

  • don't u think there's a cd locked inside the player??

  • No, there´s no cd inside!

  • no error. hardware malfunction.

  • besides the error is it good for beginers

  • now i have a cdj-1000mk3!

  • I had the same issue. I brought it into the shop while it was still under warranty and was told it was a chip that had to be replaced because it shorted out. Something to do with the eject wiring..... haven't had the problem since.

  • that cdj was new with these error? or do you use that for long time?

  • I used it for 8 months.

  • Take rear off, sounds like a motor or cog has gone, probs the latter.

  • are u serious? Denons over pioneer? what has this world come to

  • no..he's juste kinding...i hope so.

  • xxx6969xxx...Get DN-S3500 For near the same price.

These are so bad i use them in a club and always have problems with them.

    Fuck Denon DN-S3500!

  • Smack it against the wall, that should sort it out :-).

  • Sounds just like on my old CDJ-100's when the eject broke on one of them. In the end it took a small piece of a paper clip to fix it. :D

  • I has the same problem with my CDJ. Used the Eject pin (provided) and that done nothing! I had to get it serviced an it cost me about £190 because they had to replace the whole CD mechanism! I replaced them with a pair of citronic mpcdS6 and I'm happy they are cheaper but have much more functionality!

  • force eject the disc and take it back

  • thats a problam with the eject syston m8 easy done but have to take top off to do it
