  • I LOVE the japanese enthusiasm for the trains over there. Wish we had that here in the states.

  • It might be soon headed over here in the US. JR east and Hitachi is very interested about exporting the Shinkansen trains to California for their High Speed Rail project.

  • Also JR-Tokai is very hot to export N700 type Shinkansen and Maglev type Shinkansen ( which would run at over 500 km) to USA. I am looking forward to see both type Shinkansen running at USA somewhere in the near future.
