  • How could anyone claim this is a makeover of "He's so fine".

If it was 100's of songs would be claimed the same.

  • We're all such douchebags.. We take a beautiful song like this and somehow still manage to twist it into some despicable argument. May God have mercy on all of us. "I'm an atheist and still love this song! Heharheha!" Go annoy some other world.

  • happy birthday George! <3

  • Happy Birthday George <3

  • forever the best ¡¡¡

  • i'm an atheist and i love this song. it reminds me of going to church with my family and singing with the hare krisnas outside my college.

  • i'm so glad my dad was a huge beatles fan and got me into him. One of my favorite bands. I also like to enjoy a smoke and listen to them, puts me in the same mind set my dad was lol.

  • Rest in peace, my sweet lord

  • my favorite beatle <3

  • great music, love Harrison, love Beatles, but this a George Harrison record,so why have a pic of Beatles on vid pretty stupid

  • DULCE DIOS

  • I like how this song involves more than one religion. It really makes you think on what religion is right or if any religion is right. RIP George.

  • Even though I'm an Anglican, I still sing along to this- not just because George is AWESOME but because no matter what religion we follow I believe we all have the same God :)

  • @chocchipcookiegirl you are the god. we all are. that's what they all are originally about.

  • Hari Krishna, Hari Hari, Noodle Ramen, Hari Ramen, Noodle Krishna...

  • im a realist but this song rocks thnx for posting:}

  • You dont have to believe in 'God' to like great music.

  • Love this. George was my favorite of the Beatles.

  • Rest In Peace, George......

  • If any of you do any real reading, you will find that George Harrison admitted he wrote this song in this way to fool the Christians at the time into singing along with the song. Then at the end they realize it's not about Jesus Christ at all. It's about Hinduism etc. It's all deception like a lot of other crap out there now.

  • a natural born talent he got, george harrison ur awesome.

  • I cant think of anything to say, cept this is just wonderful and I can listen to George Harrison over and over and it never gets old

  • i learn to play guitar the time beatles exist, fuck biever.

  • @jcolinares100 .....what?

  • niceguitar strumming, nice composition, fuck biever

  • beccanicolewinship thanks for share

  • George Harrison will always be my biggest inspiration on guitar. In fact I wouldn't be playing unless it was for him. He was so inventive with his riffs and had such a good background of theory. I think of him as a phenomenal guitarist who was very underrated.

  • Loved this since the first time I heard it!

  • im a beatles fan ever

    since

  • George wrote some of the most beautiful songs.

  • Ningún Beethoven. Es otra cosa.

  • I could listen to George all day

  • One of the greatest songs ever created.

  • Beautiful......and this sentiment from an atheist.

  • How can anyone dislike GEORGE you are all so wrong

  • My sweet Lord, He's SO fine!

  • that john lennon ddoing backup?

  • @davchrism no its Eric Clapton

  • Comment removed

  • Beautiful song......

  • this has nothing to do with Catholocism or any Western religion - George Harrison became very interested in Indian mysticism later in life.... notice how the lyrics have Hare Krishna and Hare Rama... also, the guitar is reminiscent of Eastern instruments like the sitar.

  • @supropiochango More like it`s up for grabs long as you got a pure heart. It`s `bout the longing for something devine in this screwed-up world.

    Take care!!!

  • @supropiochango really im sorry you feel that way they saying hallelujah but in german and other languages and yes it does have to do with god and jesus go look it up. i been a christian since age 6 and i thought you would have known this for sure. god bless you and enjoy this great song

  • @supropiochango Why hello, captain Obvious!

  • @supropiochango Actually, it's a mixture of both Christianity & Hinduism, which mesh very well. I guess you didn't hear the "Hallelujah" part of the lyrics. The song makes a good companion to "Day By Day" from Godspell.

  • @ebailey140 agreed.

  • @supropiochango the beauty of the song is that he draws on both eastern & western religons, if you listen it also says halleluyah

  • I am a atheist, but when i listen to this song im not. George Harrison is..excuse my language..fucken awesome!!!!

  • 12 idiots dislike this, unbelievable.

  • @ding11bat I couldn't agree more- I don't understand why someone would bother to listen to something they don't like just to let others know they don't like it. This song is absolutely brilliant and beautiful.

  • This song is amazing

  • absolutely stunning!!!!!!!

  • I think George saw the true values in religion. The real meaning behind it. In contemporary society, cynical people mock religion because it requires a leap of faith. Maybe they do it because they just can't take that leap. I don't blame them. Its not easy. But if everyone took the easy way out, nothing would have meaning. I think George knew that. I think everyone else should know it too.

  • I have not enough data to know if there is or there is not a GOD, nor if I even should look for one... but I hear George's cry just the same. That riff took me the first time I heard it, and will never leave me as many of George's works. Yet a rap ear may never connect, nor will many ears of a different era... but then I listen to most music and find that I am already unable to revisit all of it, fault of time... music resonates with the Quantum. dormantideas

  • this song finds my mindset right now perfectly.

  • 4:41 < best!

  • supersonic..........anyone?

  • @MrJuggernutter Noel mentions in an interview he didn't see the resemblance until someone mentioned to him, claiming that the songs just pops into his head and he writes them.

  • @SkandiMOOSE

Yeah thats what he says in an INTERVIEW, (I have seen the video) Noel was probably bullshitting, he knew what he was doing when he wrote supersonic. Plagerism at its most shameful

  • George Forever ....

  • How is it possible to dislike this gorgeous piece of music?

  • porque nos dejaron a justino biberon y se fue george harrison no es justo

  • Hopefully the blue meanies who work for Google don't take this video down for copyright infringement. Were just trying to have a good time and listen to some wonderful music, please guys have a heart.

  • all you need is love...........my religion

  • Hey you guys! If you really want to know the transcendental meaning of "Hare Krishna." DON'T SPECULATE ANYMORE. Call in your local Hare Krishna Temple!!! or go to krishna.com and really find out, what this song really means.

  • I wanna learn guitar just to play this song

  • @Ultima770 thats exactly how i feel too!!!!!!! :)

  • @lovemahgeorgie @Ultima770 me too thats why finally using my electric guitar i got for chrismas. :)

  • If you actually listen most of the ways through the song it's saying different religious phrases and symbolism. Don't be such a douche by putting a stupid comment under a beautiful sing

  • you do realize this is a Hindu song. they are singing to Krishna Hare Krishna at 3:32 Krishna Krishna Hare Hare , telling ya, they're singing to a demon,

  • @matthewwilliams2002 Your stupid. Stop commenting on brilliant works of art. No one likes you on the internet or in real life.

  • @moismobile theres a devil in you

  • @matthewwilliams2002 it does not matter what kinda song this is its beautiful. and FYI Krishna means God in Hindu, and no George was not Hindu, He was Buddhist. he meditated daily and while he meditated he chanted "Hare Krishna" by doing that, u speak to god, play with him, you see him. and Krishna is not a demon, neither another god, but the same as our god, Jesus's Father. its just in another language, so they call it Krishna, like we say hello and spanish say hola.

  • @shelbydee60656 he actually was Hindu. He says Hare Krishna, true, but also Guru Deva, Guru Vishnu (Vishnu - son of Shiva and Parvati; part of the Hindu polytheistic system of gods and demigods). It's nothing to fear, because while the religious structure is different from our monotheistic tradition (which it is), the principal of FAITH are the same, and the strive for spirituality and it's subsequent rewards are the same. It doesn't mean we're not "allowed" to appreciate it on any level.

  • @MotherPalace u got all of that correct, though he was buddhist (kind of Hindu) xD

  • @matthewwilliams2002 Learn things about Hinduism, or life for that matter, before you make comments like that. It's better to be thought a fool than to open your mouth and remove all doubt.

  • I'm an atheist. adamantly so, but even i think that this is beautiful.

  • @rach1660 Same here. I love this song to death and in no way am I religious.

  • @rach1660 same here atheist why are you aheist

  • @funcooldrew2 Let the lady enjoy the music.

  • 7 personas no saben que es musica

  • this is a really beautiful song. you rock George!

  • This song was played on a slideshow of pictures of my uncle at his funeral. It was really amazing and it makes me cry every time I hear it because it was the best song to have on that video. :)

  • The heavily underestimated (let's call it quiet) Beatle... Rip George..

  • the intro is eternal, i'm not into religion but Harrison knew how to write great music.

  • REASON, EMOTION & TRUTH:

Krishna is another name for Lucifer (the Devil). Please research this shocking fact.

"And it was given unto him to make war with the saints, and to overcome them: and power was given him over all kindreds, and tongues, and nations. And all that dwell upon the earth shall worship him, (the evil beast) whose names are not written in the book of life of the Lamb slain from the foundation of the world." ~HOLY BIBLE Revelations 13:7-8~

  • @TruthTeller878 Cool story brah..

  • @TruthTeller878 you sir, are mental.

  • @TruthTeller878 research being a human sheep fool

  • @vboy13. I left more truth om your channel.

  • @TruthTeller878 I think it's hilarious when Christian fundamentalists try to equate other religions with evil. Here's the historical link----Buddha was born into a Hindu caste and thereby influenced by Hinduism. Everything important Jesus ever said had already been said by Buddha 600 years before him. The next time you come across a "shocking" fact, make sure it's actually a fact.

  • @jkobry. Stop being willfully ignorant about the evil "UFO creatures" and their religions of evil that lead so many astray from truth. I sent a message to your YouTube channel that explains more.

  • @jkobry Christian Fundamentalists and Mormons "MAKE ME PUKE"!! I hate when those "DORKY MISSIONARIES" and "JEHOVAH'S WITNESSES" come to my door, and tell me that I'm going to "BURN IN HELL" if I don't become a member of their "STUPID CULT"!! George Harrison preached peace and tollerance, even if you didn't agree with his particular beliefs,at least he didn't judge anybody to "BURN IN HELL"!! I sure as hell do NOT want to live in a godammed theocracy, with some "BIGOT",passing judgement on society!!

  • Great album great track one that will forever sound beautiful

  • at last I have found this version!

  • George Harrison..#1 in my life always.....voice of an angel....oh george harrison how i love thee

  • I just watched a documentary about George and this song was meant to be the closest thing to putting the essence of a mantra to music....it worked. Still loving it as much as the first time I ever heard it! R.I.P.George.Hare Krishna.

  • this music is time less as all the beatles music is

  • 400 years from now they will be the Beethoven of our generation

  • @xxxhawksrockxxx why wait? They're already the music geniuses of this generaton. :)

  • @xxxhawksrockxxx I'm sorry I didn't want to be the one that rains on the parade, but I do have a few issues with your statement. First, I'm pretty sure we'll be dead in four hundred years unless we become immortal, so the Beatles will be the next to next to next generation's Beethoven. Second, Beethoven is the Beethoven of the past and our generation, and of the rest to come; the Beatles are The Beatles of past generations, our generation, and will be The Beatles for the generations that follow.

  • @pgen1561 gimp

  • @alhod1 I am a gimp aren't I? Sorry :(

  • @xxxhawksrockxxx no they won't

  • @xxxhawksrockxxx i agree, the band group of musicians ever!!! hands down!!!!

  • What a feeling.... I like it very much, I remember all those years ago..... je

  • Beautiful song. Hare Krishna.

  • i just love you guys you are truly missed rip

  • i don't think it matters what God he was singing about, i think its up for interpretation

  • this is not really a christian song :}

  • my lord oooo my sweet lord

  • This song really inspires me!

  • I don't think some people in the comments understand WHICH God George was singing about.

  • i like the song amd I'm an atheist

  • @Tuttuh6 I like the song, too, and I too, am a nonbeliever. I like how the song goes; the tune. Harrison was sued by the Chiffons, for plaigering their song, "He's So Fine." But, I thnk the lawsuit was either dropped or settled out of court. Aside from that, this became a big hit.

  • 5 ppl dont have a soul

  • I REALLY WANT TO SEE YOU...

I REALLY WANT TO BE WITH YOU...

    MY LORD

  • 5 peole dont believe in god.

  • GOD BLESS YOU:)

  • Does anyone know if Ravi Shankar played at Woodstock? I'm pretty sure that he played at the Monterrey Pop Festival in '67.

  • @MrStuporfly The LP Ravi Shankar at Woodstock (WORLD PACIFIC 21467) was re-recorded later in the studio, so its not live at Woodstock. The newer CD collection, Woodstock: 40 Years On: Back to Yasgur's Farm, contains some real audio from his performance. search Youtube for Ravi Shankar at Woodstock and you can see the small bit of video that does exist.

  • I heard that George was mates with John Bonham from Led Zeppelin. At one of George's birthday partys, George got into a cake throwing match with Bonzo and Bonzo threw him in the swimming pool, all in good fun of course. Wish I could have been there.

  • @MrStuporfly Where do you get this info? I would love to find that out myself........

  • @MrStuporfly Awesome!

  • another great tune for Mr. Harrison's top notch resume

  • Why do all these youtube songs have such low volume? Great song, by the way.

  • if you look George Harrison's up in the dictionary the definition would be awesome..... and George Harrison your with the lard now <3

  • @lovethebeatles03 lord. :P

  • @NY1love haha lol, that really made me though lol, sorry bout that!

  • bellissima...........

  • Bad Ass

  • 5 dislikes? Nice try Justin Bieber

  • @fanfav3838 Hahaha! Now that's funny! Did you hear how he butchered John Lennon's song, "Imagine", on New Year's Eve? Omg!! Why, of all people would they ask him? I think it would've been better, just to play the original song!!

  • Talking about endless classics...Damn,goosebumps!!!!

  • George Harrison: THE most underrated Beatle. I love you, Georgie.

  • We still miss you George......

  • If you do a beatles compilation you must include this song ...

  • Takes me right back to being 10 again. Listening to this, maybe George Harrison isn't dead but we are.

  • hmmm does sound like "hes so fine" by the chiffons...so what! i love this song and george harrison forever!

  • JustinBlieber: "I think I was sent by god to sing!"

The Beatles: "We didn't sent anyone!??"

  • @DemiTheBest1000 who knows what god?

  • good jam

  • very interesting.....proves his songwriting, still gets played on radio....at the risk of being shot down, harrisons music endures!

  • I always loved this song. It just digs into your very soul. Those guitar solos are perfect! But the neverending Hare Krishna part just rubs me the wrong way...
