  • rock on rock afire!!!!!!

  • Excellent video, we had Pistol Pete's here in Las Vegas. Only one of the locations featured the Rock-A-Fire Explosion. Fond memories of that place. I wonder if this same Cowboy was the spokesman for ALL the "Pistol Pete's"?

  • Showbiz was where Pistol Pete's bought the show from.We had it in our store up in Phoenix too. The 43rd and Olive Store got their Rock A Fire explosion from the Showbiz that became a Chuck E Cheese at 35th and Northern. I worked for Pistol Pete's on Olive and at their

"Corporate Office" sending out thank you notes to everyone who gave their kids a birthday party at a Pistol Pete's all over the Southwest.

  • hey those are the same robots that are currently in Chuck E Cheese's pizza...were they the same company?

  • It's now called Peter Piper Pizza and they stopped selling beer

  • Wow man I used to love this place in El Paso,TX. First time I ever played The X-Men AND The Simpsons arcade games! Pizza was good too.

  • @mib915

same here. lol those animals always scared the crap out of me when i was young.

  • 4.99??? WOW!

  • i live on 22nd & Kolb

    how creepy

  • @fatass18 : BUM Bum BUUUUUMMMMM!!

  • i grew up in vegas as a kid and use to drive my father crazy to go here.....then they closed down because a kid died there on a ride or something

  • what happened to it then

  • Yup I used to work at the pistol pete's at trop and pecos in las vegas when I was young it sucks now its some kinda goodwill store or something like that.It was a chuck e cheese then pistol pete's for almost 30 yrs now it's turned into SHIT.Peter piper bought it and then closed it down like 7 yrs later.

  • @Biohazard2thous4 : *sigh* I understand...

  • Did Pete piper pizza keep the Rock-afire

  • @fatzGeronimo: No, they did not. This location in particular isn't even a pizza place anymore...

  • @HEMPHILL23

Is it anything now or did they gut the place?

  • @HEMPHILL23 I think it's a thrift store now?

  • @Biohazard2thous4 Do you think the band will sniff your feet

  • @Biohazard2thous4 I worked there too in 1991. Got fired for passing out drunk in the bathroom with my cousin. Great times...

  • @Biohazard2thous4 How long ago was that, Bio? I'm in Vegas and I was at Pistol Pete's all the time as a kid. Tis sad that no longer exist.

  • Any large 1 item pizza, $4.99! *sniff* I'm not gonna cry, I'm not gonna cry... WAHHH! Why does the economy suck so bad?! Why did Peter Puker Pizza buy out Pistol Pete's? (Slaps own face a couple times) Ok, I'm good. I wish to bask in the glory that was once Pistol Pete's Pizza, and to play all those popular 90's games like teenage mutant ninja turtles, you know, the ones with four joysticks again.

  • I remember Pistol Pete's, and when Peter Piper bought them out. They were all over Las Vegas, then they got bought. Sadly, due to the crappy economy, the location closest to where I live closed down along with the off and on again Albertson's-Lucky's store. That will probably become a crappy Cardena's store. There are nothing but mexican supermarkets in my part of Las Vegas, with only one exception.

  • Wow, I haven't seen this in a long time. My father was the owner of Pistol Pete's Pizza and this brings back a lot of memories. Thanks!

  • ewewelcome...................................!

  • where did you get this cvommercial?

  • Dad taped it back in the day with the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles...

  • Yeah most Pistol Pete's Pizza's were bought out by Peter Piper Pizza and when that happened Peter Piper Pizza removed The Rock-afire Explosions from locations that still had them at the time of the buyout...

  • is it now chuckie cheese?

  • Yes...and no. Showbiz R-afire, as far as I understand, led to the Chuck E. Cheese domination. But the original location of Pistol Pete's is where that Aztec Mexican Imports place is while Chuck is located next to Bookman's where an old movie theater used to be. Strangely enough, I saw Nightmare Before Christmas at that theater and they sold NMBC prizes at Pistol Pete's...

  • OH, They freaked ME out as a kid: particularly Fatz the Gorilla. Damn thing creeped me out all the time, especially when the curtains failed to close...

  • I used to LOVE Pistol Petes! Im surprised that the puppets didnt freak me out as a kid.
