To me, this song isn't so much about boosting self-esteem as about Keri declaring her superiority over other women. It's a love letter from Keri to Keri.

Check the lyrics. She mentions nothing about inner beauty. She doesn't even allude to it.

She says things like, "mad cause I'm cuter than the girl that's witcha." How can that be interpreted as anything other than superficial?
