Wholesale china cheapest car dvd player, car gps, car monitors, car audio, car video and other Automobile Entertainment products, We have our own factory and have more than 10 partnership factories to enlarge our product line according to customer demand.
I also want to order one for my car. Can you tell me which one you actually purchased from chinavasion? I have an RX-350 2007 and want to be sure that it is compatable. Thanks
They sell the unit now as a pair - in black, it's item number [CVEJS-SD708-BLACK]
Tip : You can connect the Video in to the Video out on both monitors allowing you to watch the same DVD on both monitors regardless of which unit you put it in.
I have a couple of Region 1 NTSC DVDs bought in 2001. I just tested Region 1 "Planet of the Apes" and it worked fine. I can't be sure that newer Region 1 protected discs will work.
I should mention that the headrests I bought are not Lexus specific - they are generic units which happen to suit the RX400h quite well in my opinion.
There are audio/video in and power cables running through a multi-core cable down the left headrest pole, and audio/video out cables running down the right headrest pole. These connect under the seat to RCA phono jacks for video/audio in/out and a fuse box which connects to 12v power. On my car, the fuse box was connected directly to 12v accessory power by the local Lexus dealer, but you could solder the red/black wires to a cigar lighter adapter and just plug it in.
You swapped bean for the frigin tweenies?!

I just bought these, can you show us a video of the GUI/menus and other functions of the player.

Sorry. I don't have the car any more. Maybe some other kind person will upload it. The GUI is quite basic though, not pretty.

Thanx for the video
how much dose it cost? parts and fitting?
Sl6an055 2 years ago
parts cost is listed in the info section of the video :-)
As for fitting, it really depends on the dealer who installs it, but 2 hours labour should be reasonable.

Where did you purchase your front/rear parking sensors from?
thomasta 3 years ago
These are official Lexus parking sensors supplied and fitted by the UK Lexus franchised dealer.

I'm ready to order one for my own car.
Can you tell me if there's a earphone socket ?
Can you read divx ?
marcetkatia 3 years ago
There is a stereo 3.5mm headphone socket on the back. The system does read divx files played from CD/DVD or from SD cards or USB devices.

Awesome cost saving!! Did you need to get a garage to install for you?
bailyrg 3 years ago
I got the franchised Lexus dealer to install these at the same time as Front and rear parking sensors. They charged 2 hours labour.
