it is not forbidden to overtake this truck.. on a speed-limit free autobahn were the truck runs 120 km/h and a car comes with 200 km/h this would be not nice for the driver who wants to go fast ;)

In Germany there´s no fine for overtaking an emergency vehicle - most large LF (Löschfahrzeuge)as well as ambulances with the spacy so called "Flensburger Koffer" drive up to (!)100 to 120km/h maximum speed.
BUT: there is a fine for stopping infront of emergency vehicles and not building this nice lanes (like the one in the vid) for them!
