People say the Resident Evil movies are garbage and terrible? I agree. Do you have any idea how many characters and details they left out? Plus add extra pointless characters. If they had made Resident Evil a TV series, they could have put all of the story line in properly and made a very successful franchise. it's just annoying. And the worst part is that some of the actors seemingly think that their characters as they present them are just like that in the games. I recall the actress of Jill Valentine stating some shit like "cold-blooded killer-girl" or whatthefuck ever. They obviously never took a look at the games and talk like they know ANYTHING! The only one who talked kinda reasonable was Wentworth Miller when he stated that the Chris from the games and the movies are not the same or something.
so basically they just took all of the new features from RE5 and put them into a movie. I mean seriously. The executioner, the plaga coming out of the infected's mouths. Not to mention the ending fight with Wesker was almost identical to RE5. He even threw his glasses and said the part about the family reunion!
The first scene was all Matrix rip-offs, and it didn't follow the same story as the other movies. HOWEVER, this is exactly what you'd expect from a Resident Evil movie. It's not any worse than the others (except for the lack of a certain mansion incident)

They took elements from re5 and threw them in, with no back story or reason as to how they came to be, they just appear, like a really lazy nod to re5. Michael Schofield as Chris Redfield just didn't work, and the minimal brother sister relationship was unconvincing. Paul Anderson i have to congratulate you on butchering what could have been an awesome saga, with this bullshit that shares no connection with the games apart from the things EVERYONE expected. PRICK

I dont get why everyone says its so bad?! Well yes it wasnt as good as the previous resident evils but it did have at least have the residet evil feel to it. I totally agree with the IGN crew of there decision of a 3 out of 5 but based on the story i would give it a 3.5 just because of the story. Also, yes its true the story is only in select places and is rather slow at times but I do not think that takes away from the story, they just need to mke the movie longer and not feel too short.

Will everyone just calm down? Jeez. Im a big resident evil fan and even I like the movies. Yes they're not like the games. So what? The movie would be redundant if it was and we would all know how it would end, then everyone would bitch bout it even more. The actor was a little rough but thats bout it. Other then that, i think this is a good movie that does justice to the games. Everyone who's a hardcore fan, take a damn chill pill and just enjoy the movie.

A good film if you can avoid comparing it to the game all the time. Yes its messed with the story but we all know this happens when a game is taken to the big screen. I'm a big resi fan so it's nice to see the references from time to time but i know from previous films not to expect a true to the game storyline..

it's just annoying. And the worst part is that some of the actors seemingly think that their characters as they present them are just like that in the games. I recall the actress of Jill Valentine stating some shit like "cold-blooded killer-girl" or whatthefuck ever. They obviously never took a look at the games and talk like they know ANYTHING! The only one who talked kinda reasonable was Wentworth Miller when he stated that the Chris from the games and the movies are not the same or something.

so basically they just took all of the new features from RE5 and put them into a movie. I mean seriously. The executioner, the plaga coming out of the infected's mouths. Not to mention the ending fight with Wesker was almost identical to RE5. He even threw his glasses and said the part about the family reunion!

The first scene was all Matrix rip-offs, and it didn't follow the same story as the other movies. HOWEVER, this is exactly what you'd expect from a Resident Evil movie. It's not any worse than the others (except for the lack of a certain mansion incident)

They took elements from re5 and threw them in, with no back story or reason as to how they came to be, they just appear, like a really lazy nod to re5. Michael Schofield as Chris Redfield just didn't work, and the minimal brother sister relationship was unconvincing. Paul Anderson i have to congratulate you on butchering what could have been an awesome saga, with this bullshit that shares no connection with the games apart from the things EVERYONE expected. PRICK

I dont get why everyone says its so bad?! Well yes it wasnt as good as the previous resident evils but it did have at least have the residet evil feel to it. I totally agree with the IGN crew of there decision of a 3 out of 5 but based on the story i would give it a 3.5 just because of the story. Also, yes its true the story is only in select places and is rather slow at times but I do not think that takes away from the story, they just need to mke the movie longer and not feel too short.
