Flame has a point. The base of the FG posts is out of bounds, so it would be out of play. But if you look closely, the crossbar on the FG posts is just inside the end zone, which is why Madden doesn't catch it as being out of bounds. Good play, but you can only do it on Madden... unless you play Arena League ball, that is. In AFL rules the goalposts are in play, as well as the nets that stretch from sideline to sideline at the back of the endzones, so it's legal to do that.
