November has come and gone and no news about this planned transfer point, on whether it will open on time or not. I guess it has been delayed again.

Well, I hope that it comes true, if the transfer between Broadway - Lafayette Street and the UPTOWN Bleecker Street stations is slated for a November 2011 opening.

According to Second Avenue Sagas blog, a comment there stated that this transfer will not be done until November 2011. Is this true?
