In the early '70 Laurie played in Engelbert Humperdinck's band and already was a big success, then later on he moved to an independent career in the US, only to become legendary. In his Autobiography ("What's In A Name -- E. H.") Humperdinck describes Laurie as being one of the greatest musicians and arrangers that ever existed and I guess he was right. What I love most about these famous musicians of the '60s is their longevity and consistency.
i loved that tune you played love to get the sheet music for it,ive had all clavinovas myself about 7 models in total cant remember them all CLP 157,CLP950,CLP611,CLP170,CVP307.
