    Just remember you don't get an amazing looking body by doing little workouts like this, it takes calorie deprivation and nutritious foods. This hottie is probably at 15% bodyfat or less. The average "skinny/thin" looking women is at 25-30%.

  • @cshultz101 That's what I'm working towards, have lost 15 pounds already and just 15 more to go! You can do it also! Just have to stick with it.

  • @controlledchaos007 I stopped eating meat a year ago which helped me lose some weight but not much, then I cut out dairy and added sugar and pretty much just live off of whole foods. About 50% of my calories come from raw fruits and vegetables...the rest comes from steamed vegetables, brown rice, and other whole foods. I do exercise but I focus more on strength training versus cardio.

  • @voodazz Hi- you will do approx. 10 reps. if you stay with my pace. Modify the number reps or the length of time depending on your fitness level. Check out my lastest workouts that provide more details for each exercise. thank you !

  • @voodazz you can buy a timer and set it for 12 15 or 20 seconds, this is a for of low impact interval training. As you get stronger and build endurance you can add weight and more advanced excersises like hill climbers and jump lunges,burpees etc.
