@controlledchaos007 I stopped eating meat a year ago which helped me lose some weight but not much, then I cut out dairy and added sugar and pretty much just live off of whole foods. About 50% of my calories come from raw fruits and vegetables...the rest comes from steamed vegetables, brown rice, and other whole foods. I do exercise but I focus more on strength training versus cardio.

@voodazz you can buy a timer and set it for 12 15 or 20 seconds, this is a for of low impact interval training. As you get stronger and build endurance you can add weight and more advanced excersises like hill climbers and jump lunges,burpees etc.
