@bustamantte se vc esta tentando jogar com o microfone ainda não dá... nao exite plugin que funcione com essa função (microfone do PS2 eh USB)

Agora se tem uma msg pedindo pra encaixar um microfone... eh so configurar o Lyly pad com a guitarra (veja nas opçoes do plugin (guitar)

@shadowneto i downloaded it but it wont let me configure the buttons for my usb guitar... it says that theres not enough space or something similar.

Try again open emulator and configure....

@shadowneto okay thanks, now it works. however still most of the songs have no sound when i play. i can only hear the crowd and the fail notes, but not the song. i guess its an unsolved problem cuz many ppl have it. but thanks anyway for all the efford ^^

but you need to configure the buttons, strum and whammy bar, but it's so easy ...

Just set up correctly the plugins control (PCSX2--> lyly pad and Wiimote plugin <---Dolphin)

@isorropisths is simple, just check if the plugin is configured to Lily Pad Guitar option 1 port on the console

@swantonz Sorry for the delay, but you need to verify that the DirectX drivers are updated, especially the version 9c, this because the video plugin is based on API DX9c

@206robert206 maybe, but make sure that the cheat codes (invisible rock) and (focus mode) are activated for only the guitar track will appear on the screen, and easier to emulate.

Tnx for the video. I got GH5 working with pcsx2-r1888, but some songs are mute. Some run perfectly fine, but many of the good ones have no sound while playing. Graphically everything's fine, just no sound for the song, kinda defeats the purpose of the game. Any idea what could be causing only some songs to not play?

i don't know maybe, because some musics have 2 guitar ( like "One- Mettalica" on GH3 ), on smash hits 40% of list songs not works well....

On pcsx2 , configure the path folder with contains memcards files...

i managed to make it playable

i have dell studio 1555 laptop, core2duo t6600 2,2ghz, 4gb ram, ati radeon mobility hd4570 512mb

i also used calibrate option so that notes can be hit correctly.

i replaced your pcsx2 executable with the one from the latest beta version of the emulator and songs can be played quite well, but not on the expert level, too many notes for the emulator and my pc to respond correctly :)

the only problem is that it crashes when i want to start career mode :(

No need career... all musics just open.... on Quick play , and Free play...

More note on screen=most poligons => more powefull processor....

Try the cheat mode and active the "Focus Mode" to remove all background effects....

bah just tried it and dude... the graphics are awful with emulator and this lag is huge... i cant play like this...id rather go and buy ps2 for about 150 euros and play it on ps2 i thought emulator is much better then that... :S

dam.... the drum kit not suport by plugin ( not emu yet the controler )

You want play with 2 guitar or 2 bass or 1 guitar and 1 bass, Voice and Drums not implemented by lyly pad

try to lyly pad plugin i prefer Frets G - 1 R - 2 Y - 3 B - 4 O - 5 Strum UP: - (minus) of numlock pad DOWN - + of num lock pad but you try another config look the mems card because the cheats is atctive.

as faixas pretas vc consegue remover mudando o Pixel shader de 2.0 ---> 3.0

E esta sem os cantores pq nao emula perfeitamente... entao eu desativei nas opçoes do jogo.

isso tambem mantem o jogo mais facil de ser emulado

Pra jogar o metallica seu processador tem que ser um pouco mais rapido .... mas o 4 e 5 rodam tranquilo vc pode tentar....

O GH metallica e Smash hits ultilizam muitos efeitos de Luz isso torna o jogo muito mais pesado para emular....
