Racing at the end: Term in the end "Folkrace" is "Jokkis" or "Jokamiehenluokka" in finnish. Direct translation of the official name would be "Every mans class" so basically anyone can take part on the racing as long as they get their relatively cheap "every mans class license". And you can start racing as young as 15. (being under 15 though doesn't limit you from practising at private roads and fields ;) ) I drove a car at around the age of 6. Steering from my dads lap and commanding more pedal!
