its a recycling scheme! they even admit it! lol jk.
(in the US "scheme" has become associated with the word "scam" or any plan that has a hidden agenda, although not specifically part of the word's definition. i would avoid using it in any upcoming NAM marketing materials!!!)
I'd rather recycled "materials" is what she said; in my phones (plastics, aluminum, glass). It means lower production costs, lower sales costs, and more phone choices for all of us at cheaper costs.
But definately like how Nokia is doing this of energency efficiency, and reducing harmful chemicals in their products, smart charging etc. All of this voluntary by Nokia's OWN initiative. Cannot say much for Apple doing that - greenpeace had to force their hand with series of bad press. Nokia is also listening to ideas from the public to help push GREEN further.
All I can say - Scandinavians seem think more about the future.
Not only about the future of the planet but also about the future about their business. We will all eventually be forced to go green - the sooner the better.
