is there a way to post expected mph during the simulation? I would like to see what the predicted mph is through each turn, especially enter and exit of the long straight.

Definitely.

I will create another video showing mph during the whole run.

It will depend upon what style of car we use, of course.

In this particular (very fast) car, the apex speed at T2 is 60 mph, and top speed at the end of the big straight is 148.

I also plan to do a reverse direction lap.

awesome, thanks! Actually gives me a bit of a benchmark - ordering a new trans for the car with custom gearing, didn't want to under-gear. I have no idea how accurate games are but that seems reasonable given I just found out the length of that stretch yesterday.
