what you are describing is a test line that the phone companies use to test the home line. It kind of works the same way, but for the cellphone. Good observation.

how about the pin number that was asking to put?

there is no pin number necessary. the toll free number dialed in the demo is to the bank, where the automated voice asks for you client card number. This has nothing to do with the callback service.
