@akpride6 They are just snowboard boots admittedly not your average shape. with a splitboard you can have ski bindings on your board, as you can on an average snowboard, but in my opinion snowboard boots are much more comfortable, i dont see why people would wear ski boots, i suppose its because they have a quick release system on the bindings.
@akpride6 also, i forgot to mention, they are stiff snowboard boots. Stiffer boots respond faster to your movements, provide more support for heavier riders, and are well-suited to faster, more aggressive riding styles, im an advanced boarder, so i like using stiff boots when freeriding. if i go on the park, i would go for softer boots. atm i have some medium to high stiffness boots, which suit me really well.
How'd the guy end up that was swallowed up by that "sluff" ?

What kind of boots are you wearing? the yellow ones? Look like mountaineering type boots, do they work well for you?
