does the rb26det make more power than the vg30dett ? i got some engine money an dont know wat to get for my 87

Yes. But you will pay more for an rb than you will for a vg. The vg is an incredible motor, but the design of the rb allows for more room to work in the engine bay, and it can handle more boost on stock internals. I have done quite a bit of research on this, having imported motors from japan previously. If you have the money to do it, I would go with the RB.

No, this is a RB25DET swap soon to be rb30det. Sorry, I do not have the time to provide any services for this swap. This is just one of my hobbies. I have many writeups on the internet on how I did it though. Search for my username on google, you will find the writeup. read the comments below for my location.

I don't know if I responded to you about the TBO... Yep, I have the TBO lip and the 7 spoke wheels on it currently. This was years ago.

The TBO is easy to find, Gary Molitor makes them as a reproduction.

My hood is carbon fiber, with the factor hood props... It was lifting the hood. From Michigan.
