Jackie is much needed for this show. She is the great aunt/grandma that comes to Christmas dinner and just says as she pleases. You just have to take people like that with a grain of salt, agree with them, then laugh at them later. That's what we do.
And Jackie better get her wine.

Jackie's a nightmare. I think she intentionally acts dense in an attempt to be funny (which it isn't). Plus she's hideous. I can't believe they scolded John for snapping at that witch.
