To have lived during that time, to attend your neighbors plantation events, to have slaves at your call, What ever happened to that time. It may be Gone with the Wind, but it is not far from my memory.

I just went to the Civil War Ball with my homeschool group, and we danced to this I was so happy "This is on North and South" and my friends didn't know what I was taking about, and now they all have to watch it they said lol :) (Yep, I'm only a Highschooler and I love watching movies and shows from before I was born lol.)

i LOVE this movie, my favorites are brett and billy, i don't like it that 1. constance dies 2 orry dies 3. charles' character changes that sourt of stuff. My favorite part o the movie is when billy turns home.. he's so handsome, in the war hes not a little boy anymore

but it's like that with all historical movies. Doesn't matter whether it's antique or medieval or what, you can always tell which decade the movie was made in. We just don't notice so much with the "fresh" movies. (Exception: the BBC Robin Hood series.)
