@flyboy6753 The issue is the pilot do not retract the flaps when many clouds / turbulence are close the plane on climbing, so in order to keep the stability for a while they prefer to keep them extended, it depends the airline, type of plane and pilot experience.
That's not a Boeing!

Ya I am not really sure. It was very odd seeing the flaps up for that long. Maybe there was a flap issue that the pilot then fixed.
