  • when I listen this song....I can imagine Dhalsim dancing after winning a fight.

  • Attention waiter make a tadpole

  • one of the best single of the 90´s

  • Strawberry Fields influence

  • @kachunski It's the instrument, I think it's called a Mellotron that makes it sound like Strawberry Fields. Oasis used it on Go Let It Out as well.

  • @stonedrose1 Awesome! You just reminded me. There is a song by them, I think it's "Who Feels Love" and the bass line is so similar to "Rain" by The Beatles

  • @stonedrose1 Jay Darlington (born 3 May 1968, Sidcup, Kent) is an English keyboardist who has played as a member of the band Kula Shaker and as a live member of Oasis.

  • @kachunski Well. there you go then ;)

  • D'you Know Vader Made A Tadpole?

  • @ArchsolarSlade hahahahaha

  • Love this track!

  • well I'm tellin' you man this is the best band ever!

  • @keiwa11 Yep, the greatest bands are very short lived.

  • Music to get stoned to... o_O

  • 19 people are living in the material world

  • @britdemmen

nice mate......these people are not aware of the ISKON community.......it would be so different when they do....

  • I always loved this band. The first album was simply perfect!

  • I've never understood people dissing Kular Shaker...

All they ever did was write catchy pop/rock tunes - 'K' is one of my favourite albums of all time!

Heavens help anyone who has rich and/or talented parents who nurture their children.

p.s. One's tastes don't "mature" with time - they merely "develop"!

  • La mejor etapa del Brit pop <3

  • God I didnt realize how shite this band were I used to like them but I was just a kid in 1996

  • Only 17 dislikes; what's up with the good folk of YT land? :)

  • Remember tha nerd kid at school with rich parents, this is him. Thing is, I actually remember this band being ok, don't understand the problem.

  • Despite his political questionability, this was a great, great song.

  • @trashcanalive political questionability,?

  • @FernandoMontelbon Google Kula Shaka Nazism

  • Completely underrated band. They had humour, unlike the sainted Stone Roses/Oasis. And they weren't perpetually telling the world that they were the second coming. I loved the 'aahhh.....aaahhh.aaa....aaaa....aaah...aaahs.' in this the best. It had so much atmosphere and I love the way it ends abruptly. They took so much stick for being middle class, which is completely unfair. This record still sounds great.

  • brilliant original band for the time, very underated, anyone know what the singers up to these days

  • @oeyeyea fronting the reformed kula shaker

  • Tattva means I have to take a dump in french.

  • this takes me back

  • is that anoushka shankar on sitar?

  • pure epicusness

  • the best england

  • Thumbs up if you are watching this when you're stoned (Y)

  • @38dasgoed morning spliff and some kula ....heaven

  • K was such a great album.

  • Ginger Baker Made a Taco -

    dctrpunda

  • Reminiscent of the Moodies when they were at their most legendary. Great to see another band make use of the mellotron.

  • Ginger Baker Made a Taco

  • @dctrpunda My mum made me a homosexual. lololol

  • @dctrpunda you do realise i can't listen to the chorus now without cracking up. swine! (said in admiration you understand!)

  • @dctrpunda That´s all I hear know XD

  • @surrounds LMFAO!

  • @dctrpunda lol'd so fucking hard

  • I kinda like this song. I had only heard it once before tonight, back when I was in high school. It's got sort of a late 60's-early 70's feel to it. I dig that type of sound.

  • what does he say in chorus?

  • @TheBNPmuscle

simultaneous oneness and difference. I see why you would not get it

  • @MrCardboardDave oh yeah really? let me guess, because im a "knuckle dragging neo-nazi"? wake up you deluded idiot

  • @MrCardboardDave A cover is always necessary. In concealment lies a great part of our strength. Hence we must always hide ourselves under the name of another society. --Die neusten ararbeiten des Spartacus and Philo in dem Illuminaten-Orden, 1794, p: 165

This is taken from page 491 of Foucault's Pendulum by Umberto Eco. 'Coincidentally' Umberto Eco has written the introduction to the newly printed version of Alexandre's The Count of Monte Christo.

  • @uriahheep108 dude what in the world r u talkin about???:O

  • Acintya bheda abheda Tattva

Acintya bheda abheda is a school of Vedanta representing the philosophy of inconceivable one - ness and difference.

Tattva means reality, truth, and principles.

  • Great track! probably Kula Shaker's best work.Deffinatly influenced by The Beatles i'd say.

  • Lost classic during the era of Britpop

  • @Medalion Aye good days them. Glad i spent my teen years growing up in them.

  • what the fuck is this!! ahhhhhhhhhhhhhfjksdlgmnjsrdgnjmrfngvkodsgndokgnfvsdkngvfds

  • If you're looking for the spoof version called Ta La by radio duo Mark and Lard (and you should - it's hilarious), it's at:

    watch?v=_aOicWp-wgY

  • Youtube needs the ads to make money and keep us happy with all of the watching we do as a society. I am glad I can watch this for free. Even if I have to wait 15 seconds.

NOW the REAL problem with advertisement is the TEN mins of dumbass commercials they EXPECT me to watch before the good ol'previews at the movies?? THOSE ads can "fuck off"

  • @Scarie77

If you use firefox then just downlaod Adbloc Plus, no ads ever again.

  • ...i felt in love with that beautiful belly dancer...

  • Classic KS

  • always love this band!!!cheerzzz

  • Lord Caitanya instructed the mass of people in the philosophy of acintya-bhedabheda-tattva, which maintains that the Supreme Lord is simultaneously one with and different from His creation. Lord Caitanya taught this philosophy through the chanting of the holy name of the Lord. He taught that the holy name of the Lord is the sound incarnation of the Lord and that since the Lord is the absolute whole, there is no difference between His holy name and His transcendental form. Hare Krishna

  • wonderful

  • I was 11 years trying to decide to me how this song was called or this band I do not know how I did but I could listen to it again!.....estuve 11 años tratando de acordarme cómo se llamaba esta canción o esta banda...no sé cómo hice pero pude escucharla otra vez!!

  • A mi me pasó igual, casi 10 años.

  • @SalFederico ;-)!

  • tuuuuuune

  • A bit like Beatles in 90´s

  • Great song, great band, great memories.

  • great memories... i remember i was so high when i first hear this record ("K" if i remember correctly) back in '96 or '97 that i instantly remembered most of the lyrics!

  • Om-sri-shani-namaha-om...

  • the individual(s) who were involved in the making of the video and the soundtrack are effin geniuses!!!

  • Achintya-Bheda-Abheda

Achintya = inconceivable; Bheda = form; Abheda = Formless.

The same thing (God/Life) is inconcievably as well Form as well as Formless at the same time.

  • @brbapappa that makes so much sense--god exists and doesn't exist at the same time! that actually explains a lot.
