  • stoner metal yeeah

  • This sounds like just plain old heavy metal...how is this doom metal?

  • @VitalSigns1 cause we're doomed

  • spent a year looking for this band i remembered it one day and now i finally found it

  • maniac!!!

  • It takes balls to show your faith in the metal world !

  • God please tell your sheep to stop pissing all over every one and every thing on this earth.

  • This is one of those bands that makes me think I should poke my head out of the batcave more often

  • Just what is a "satist?"

  • Manic is the finest effort from a solid library....a fave!!

  • the BarstooL SaintS - outlaw

  • @thismrx totallly agree with u if u got ur faith straight nothing should influence you that much

  • Thanks for the upload man, can't get enough of these guys and whatever other good doom vids you got up here

  • If you dig this, with a mix of punk with songs about UFOs,ancient deities and cultures,

church and government conspiracy, check out hybridspeciesvids on YouTube for rock with these as lyrical subjects.ENJOY!!

    D.C.S. HybridSpecies

  • OH MY FUCKING GOD I HAVE NEVER HEARD A BETTER SONG FUUUUUCK

  • their early stuff was sick when it was just old school doom but this stuff is just shitty hard rock

  • they shoulda been HUUUUUUUGE!.........they r amazin

  • PART 2 : We were asked what we were listening to those days. Mike looked at me and I at him and we said collectively " TROUBLE". We talked about them for a good 5-10 minutes touting their unseen potential. Then one guy said well would you like to meet Eric Wagner from Trouble? SURE THING! The long hair across from me reached out his hand and thanked us for the big thumbs up. Yep, it was Wagner and their manager. Cool folks and an awesome band. Down to earth !

  • PART 1 : I used to play in a band in Chicago back in the late 80's-early 90's. All the bands playing out on a given night would end up at Interactions, a club in Stone Park, Ill. after their respective shows. The club closed at 6am. One night myself and another band friend were sitting at a table having a cold one. The club was packed and we had seats at our booth. 2 guys asked if they could sit with us and we said sure. A musical conversation started up.

  • this band was really classic with Eric Wagner, really like everything they did with him.

  • Hmm.. Sounds like Ratt, and Posion, And The Scorpions. KICK ASS!

  • @Nagneto - almost a bit of Dio-era Sabbath to it, too. Listen to "The Mob Rules" and you'll get what I mean.

  • This must be their Illuminati/Mason symbol cover art..... lol

  • I'm Catholic and I listen to Black Sabbath, Tool, Electric Wizard, Slayer....

  • how fucking gay is it to be in a metal band and sing about christ !! what a fucking joke !!

  • @XxsoulsuckerxX You can sing about whatever you want in the metal genre. It's about expression.

    Well, not everything (*cough**cough*emos*cough*emolove*cough)

  • @TourettesSomething not sure what you're on about with emos but one thing i do know is that anything christian fits well with the whole emo thing being that they both smoke fat cocks.

  • @XxsoulsuckerxX Slayer sung about Christ and God all the time

    GOD HATES US ALL!

    GOD HATES US ALL!

  • @VoidBeyondTheRift at least they're not pro christian. all the same, it's seems a waste to give christianity any attention at all, even if it is negative attention. because, in truth, that's what christians want. hate, spite, judgment. they poroject it themselves onto others and in turn lust for it in return back upob themselves. don't get me wrong, i've wasted enough precious time myself hating on christians but the best way of all to deal with them...

  • @VoidBeyondTheRift ...is to just ignore them because afterall they don't have anything of value to offer humanity or the planet in general. symbolic dogma and fairytales mean absolutely nothing and christianity needs antichristian hate in order to continue its delusion.

  • @XxsoulsuckerxX But religion has the best effect when wanting to incite rage and troll people

  • @VoidBeyondTheRift yup, that's the whole basis of religion right there. religion is the mega troll. but if the troll isnt fed and instead ignored. the troll dies !

  • @XxsoulsuckerxX If people support artists like Lady Gaga, Ke$hit and the Bieb I have no hope in people NOT supporting religion. Because mainstream music is ACTUALLY more rediculous than the entire premise of religion. Weird I know.

  • @VoidBeyondTheRift even though they oppose eachother, i think mainstream music and religion stand for some of the same things like self righteousness, lust for power and popularity, greed and they both dwell within the realm of fanatasy. they both lead people away from the evolution of progressive conciousness.

  • SCREW CHRISTIANS. AND THIS SONG SUCKS.

  • @easymelon2187 Do you feel better now, having that off your chest?

  • i realize this band have a lengthy catalog and following but i just dont get it- they sound like a hack bar band... oh well...

  • COWBELL!!

  • Although I consider myself Christian (I'm a semi-lapsed Catholic), and I can hear the influence of Eric Wagner's faith on his lyrics sometimes, I wish these wouldn't just degenerate into religious v atheist mud-slinging threads. Forget the religion, sit back and enjoy the music.

  • @EccentricRichard Hello strawberry skies!!!!!

  • yer bible thumpers

  • It sounds like Scorpions played 1/2 speed.

  • I my self am a christian but i dont think your religion should really impact what you listen to if they are more satist i would still listen to them because they sound good

  • yeah of course man, it's not like a band can push their value system onto you just because of different beliefs. i've got this friend who's super catholic, like he goes to church 4 times a week and he's a really good guy that loves death metal. he's always listening to deicide and krisiun but there's no way he'd ever be a satanist. it's just good music

  • Trouble were/are Christians. Myself being athiest, think they are a great band .

  • Your a christian yet you would listen to a satanist band.... Your a christian?? Who you kidding?!

  • @thismrx

    yeah okee..

    ur a litlle right..

    but.. still..

4 years i ago i listened to metallica,, and i got angry through it..

and from them i stop to listen to metallica... and i feld better..

but now i listen to metallica... and i feel it again... but i know that i don't wanna be like that anymore :)

so on some people it does mather ;)

    God bless men :)

  • @thismrx

Don't think they are religius anymore.

    Well they are stoners now.

    LSD says it all.

  • @thismrx Religion is violence.

  • @thismrx But religion is dumb

  • @thismrx as you become more Christ-like and read the Bible more it will/should influence all aspects of your life including music.

  • The upbeat-ness of the instruments and the vocals on this song make it sound more like hair metal than doom... what happened to the crushing music from Psalm 9?

  • kick ass band

  • hey everyone/someone i cant post video responses

firefox just crashes and explorer frezes pleeese help

  • I don't know what to tell you. Your computer may not have enough memory.

  • i tried with a lot of computers i m thinking its maybe the network or something

  • but still the guitarist of trouble... is as i see very interrested in christians..

he is still a christian is he?

i dont know much about him.. only thing i know he helped tourniquet one time.. and drummer of tourniquet (ted kirk patrick ) helped trouble

  • Comment removed

  • Trouble started with very religious lyrics but moved away from it in another direction, heavily influenced by the Beatles.

  • @BOUKEBANDSTRA

Trouble wasn't ever really a christian band from what I've read. I think one of the original lineup guys was Jewish. Also, just cause you stop being christian doesn't mean you are satanist. What a silly concept.

  • this band is still great. Just found the self-titled from '90 for $10!

  • where did you find that? On Cd? That is now out of print. Please let me know so I can buy it. I have it on tape and it's now very hard to find.

  • Trouble's Manic Frustration is a metallic masterpiece

  • Trouble, Sweet Leaf, and Jesus--a great combination.

  • Great band!

And they were never Christian, it was just an image the record company thought would be a hit.

  • no way, read the lyrics to the album trouble- trouble, all is forgiven heaven is on our minds the whole album is full of lyrics talking about Christ and God and sinners. Trouble aint no sell outs and they sing about what they want too. all of their albums have had Christain influences. I seen them live twice in the mid 80's. just google the lyrics and you'll see.

  • Really? I'm not into christianity, but I'm pretty sure Eric Wagner was. You don't quote the bible that many times without meaning something.

  • these guys really are a hidden jewl

  • do theye still play?

  • yes, yes they do

  • yes they do, they are touring with candlemass right now :D i'm going to se them the 27 sep in gothenburg

  • Woah fuck, cool shit! I love Candlemass, and this band sounds amazing too

  • Yeah man they do! So do I, It's gonna be some kick-ass show alright ;) But the best part is (at least i think so) that they are touring with no less than Angel Witch! The Nwobhm ledgends, can you imagine!? Bwahaha It can hardly get more awesome ^^

  • Seeing them tomorrow in Stockholm:D

  • Good Stuff

  • The founders of White metal

  • White Metal? I've never heard that term. Please, learn me....

  • Fuck no! They never wanted to be White Metal.

By the way: White Metal is the opposite of black metal, that means christian metal.

    Fucking gay in my opinion...

  • Comment removed

  • whether or not they wanted to, they did found white metal. like a great king that gave to beggars. sucks even more because they're pretty much traditional doom.

  • whats wrong with being tradintional doom. its excellent

  • i love doom, i love trouble, i hate white metal.

  • yeh. i dont judge a band on their themes generally. but i do love trouble and i love doom

  • Christians aren't gay. However, a few black metal heads have been known to be attracted to the same sex.

Black metal is just a style of music.

  • @metaljaybird christans are into fucking there own sisters..and raping lil boys.. thats prob why you love it so much.for the attention .now go cut yourself emo fag

  • @bearlooter - Just do yourself a favor and look into the history of Crowley. The dude was as crooked as you could get before the occultists in SF made it fashionable.

However, I suggest you refrain from insulting the world.

  • @metaljaybird i love crowley ,big deal? what does hehave to do with lavey? nothing go wipe the cum from your mustache before you get on the internets

  • @bearlooter Bearlooter, I'm done with this game. I admit, I too was immature, and I apologize. I love metal and God.

  • @metaljaybird well i hear ya on that, but god is fake and Metal is real who do you trust? im just saying the sheep mentality is whats going to do humans in,

we all come into this world the same way and leave it the same ,everything that lives does..

  • Its Doom, Doom DOOOOOOOOOOOM

  • great fuckin album. very hard to find though. thanx rick ruben u fuckin homo

  • yea it is. I still have my cassette tape and crank it up in my car all the time Trouble kick total ass. got to see em live in 1988.

  • Love the track "Scuse me" Been a fan since the early 90's :)

  • Great stoner rock!!!

  • Trouble rules!! Eric needs to get back in the band.

  • very good band even thought it's not my cup of tea

  • This sounds good. Check out vintage Bedemon for more awesomeness

  • I'm usually not a big fan of extreme metal bands, but this is a great song, and band, this is one of those bands that should be mainstream but aren't, if only the radio would stop endorsing terrible bands like fall out boy or the jonus brothers.

  • Trouble arent extreme metal, their almost Hard-rock, specially on this album.

  • yeah, I looked them up on Wikipedia to see what else they have done and they said they were an extreme metal band, but i have to agree with you, they sound so much more like hard rock

  • "the radio"bites check out wsou.

  • Rick Rubin owns the rights to both albums "Trouble" and "Manic Frustration", Trouble's two greatest record EVER . He and the band had a falling out and he's never forgiven them. He won't give them the rights.

  • This record is freaking amazing! The self-titled one before it is my fave, though. I've seen it go on Ebay for fifty dollars and up. Wonder why they don't re-release it? It's in tons of top 100 metal album lists, so why not?

  • Man I havent heard in forever! Glad I found this! :)

  • My older brother got me into this band. Man are they ever underrated.

  • Hey I got that Poster from this album Signed by all that yr on Tour in SF ,Cal and got to play pool w/ the guys (the band) and have some drinks before they played that night.. Killer Dudes.. Very Nice Album.. All of it was Beyond Time.. thx Trouble

  • Bloody good song - and now finally I hear what Dave Grohl means when he says what a huge influence Trouble has been on his songwriting. Thanks to the Foo Fighters, I've gone from being a indie-head to a total metalhead who despises pop in all its forms... Trouble, Slayer, Sepultura, Testament, all that shiznit - thanks Mr Grohl!

  • Even The Zombies? =(

  • Err... not sure! Heard of them, but never actually heard any of their music.

  • very underated, the music has a real air of sadness surrounding it.sorry to hear eric has left, shame, great voice

  • The voice isn't great any more, he's really lost it. I think it was right that he called it a day.

  • Love this song, best one on that album

wish I had this on cd

  • I stumbled upon this song while I was so fucking stoned yesterday and it was the best thing ever. Such a good song

  • nice band!!5*****

  • Love this album. Eric Wagner rules. I'm still anxious to hear the band with Kory Clarke in charge. The band rules, and Kory does too.

    A dilemma.

  • I just saw a video on this site with Kory singing....At the end of my daze....look for it, I am sure you can stumble on it.

  • Singer sounds like singer from band Cinderella think "Save Me"

  • There is a bit of Tom Kiefer in these vocals, but Eric and Trouble were playing long before Cinderella was.

I don't think either copied the other, but that is an interesting comparison.

  • Yeah, I thought it was interesting comparison also. I know it was not T. Keifer and Trouble pre-dates Cinderella, I never explored Trouble's music back in the early days. I was Saxon, Maiden, Mercyful Fate, and early thrash

  • awsome

  • STILL AWESOME AFTER ALL THESE YEARS.

  • Trouble has replaced the great Eric Wagner for Kory Clarke, anyway at least Kory is a pro too.
