@burdphil What kind of bars were you using in this video? Because I just picked up some new origin 8 bars and were wondering if you liked them, or even had them.
@OxygenMcgee Those are the Atomlab General Issue bars with 2" rise cut down to 21". On my new setup I'm running the All-City 3" rise bars, also cut down to 21". Haven't tried the Origin8's yet. I personally find that with the bars the most important thing is finding the width that you're most comfortable with.
@burdphil Also, how do you get your front tire off the ground for bar spins? Im having some trouble with getting my bars to spin all the way around when they are on the ground, and ive watched some other videos and they pick their front end up when theu do theirs. so any tips?? thanks btw.

Haha I was doing track stands for a friend a few days back and I lost balance for a sec and I couldn't get my feet out of the clip so i just pluped over, first fall ever on a fixie

@91797573 There were a couple of police officers on horseback riding around downtown that day and one of the horses dropped a load right on the sidewalk. There were a bunch of flies swarming around the pile... apparently the kid found this interesting and wanted to film it.
@burdphil dude you have no idea how much what you do means to someone like me. I am a student in Terre Haute and Ive been hit twice. People just treat us like we are pieces of shit down here no matter what the cyclists try and do here. So keep it up man. All the videos and movies you and Shawn Wolfe and the gang do keep my on my fixie
@burdphil hey i have recently bought another 1971 raleigh girls bike to fix up or restore but its got a nice look this one? would i be able to turn it into a fixie or is it a bad bike to do that to.. check it out its the newest video up!
@WWEsk8er4443 really WWE what is that some pro wrestling ball sniffing homo stuff? anyway all these track stands + transitions would be near impossible with toe straps and even if they were; the split second the foot is removed from the pedal with a strap it immediately flips to the plainside.... so either way your argument is nullified...before u try to comment on this stuff get a fixie and actually try it for once
@thedookiemaker69 - It took me about 3 years to learn all of the stuff I can do now. However, inventing new tricks and figuring out how to do them is much more time consuming than learning ones that have already been done. I would say that if you can do basic trackstands really well, it shouldn't take too long to learn what I do in this vid.
