@UBADUNIQUE ,, on some phone it does not work, i received many complaints about it. some guy successfully hacked his n8, and the another guy with n8 couldn't do this on the same phone. i don't know technically whats the problem, but at least explain me, what error are u facing while following the above steps.

@1980jaffa C:\shared can be seen if u able to restore... and u see a (no data) screen. it may also possible that the new official belle dont support hacking with norton:( keep on trying anyway:)

@rasa2144 u need to restore.. after restoring delete the norton from your phone . also delete C/shared/folder, and then install rompatcher.. watch the video, its very simple :)

bro as u said i remove the norton go to c/sheard and delet all thing and then i install the norton and again it says alrady exist and then i dont remove the norton and i delet the files in c/sheard and then i open the norton but norton hav no data when i try to press the option the norto closde now what to do and 1 more thing do u have facebook acount :)

@xpdabc225 ..if u see the (no data) screen means things r going right. Now delete the norton and again go to C:/shared/ and delete the folder inside the 'shared' folder and try installing rompatcher.. if it gets install correctly means u hv done!!

@xpdabc225 .... delete the "Norton'go to file manager (i.e. x-plorer or y-browser), in your phone memory go to 'shared' folder. if there is any folder inside the 'shared' folder then delete that, after install the 'Norton' & try to restore. if again the restoring fails then u need to format your phone.. and only after the restoring of quarantine, u will be able to install rompatcher.

You are able to download x-plore for n8 just by copying the following text and paste it into google's search bar "X-Plore for nokia n8"

The software Norton you can download from description.If you hack your symbyan phone you can install unsigned (paid ) applications.
