nono hes playable on DRO, but not online ... which is good cause he's be rediculous. yeah he's the same as when you fight him except they've given him a new move where he stands there and fires a load of short range fireball things with the last one fireing all the way across the ring, its really fristrating if you're up close and about to stop the blast technique cause it activates quicker.

depends on how you wanna fire it....

From the ground its just LP and RP (Square + triangle) together.

Or

you can fly (LK + RK, X + 0) followed by LP + RP (square + triangle)

or you can do a crossover laser in the air. this is the same as above but you put a direction between the fly and the laser.

it's called an ewgf. stands for electric wind god fist. The command is f,n,d~d/f+2. Actually, the only fast part is the 'd~d/f+2' which must be done within 3 frames. You can even delay the d~d/f+2 for cryin out loud as long as the game still recognizes the first 'f,n' input. This is a good thing to know if youre gonna be practicing it.
