@pacienciaman i think that the execution of this form is fine, given what lian bu is supposed to be... being able to move through basic stances and link actions together fluidly. keep up the hard work.
exactly, my teacher says practice it slowly, focus on your form/stances (which is definitely imporntant in this form) first, then, when you become good at it, it will naturally explode into speed, while maintaining good stances
the back leg of the gong bu could use some work, work on showing the stances more, fyi if your still keeping track darth
verry well done!!

lien bu quan means foot work or basic form or what?
Nice spedd and good power but could be better. Do with blind fold will help.
addab 2 years ago
it means Continuous Step sequence. It is a beginner form , that helps train balance, and smooth transitions , and basics of attack and withdrawal.

your lian bu chuan is good, but you need to work you waist power.Speed good, stance good,
punch and kicking are good too.
rhinokung 3 years ago
stances always going together with your strike,
you never to do this: first stance before strike, because you dont have power.
your waist always should be before your punch or kick or chi na tecniques. lie bun chuan has a lot chi na tecniques.
rhinokung 3 years ago
and what do you think about the other lian bu quan video I have?
darth8freak 3 years ago
@rhinokung ummmmm thats not what i learned, you have to be rooted when you strike so that you can get power. That is at least what my Sifu told me

Allways Stance before Strike, I agree
jorgelaris 3 years ago
Way too fast! Long Fist is stance before strike. Long fist is also large circular movements. When you get it right then go faster. Not bad tho

If this is Shaolin though. There are rules that must be followed. Stance Before Strike being one of them...
