so those are the 3 keys of maintenance? How about valve clearance, oil filter change, chain adjustment, muffler re-packing, cable lubing, bearing greasing, spoke tightening, cheking brake fluid and seal integrity, nut and bolt check, coolant level, lubing moving parts .... i can keep on...

plus you missed the foam filter oil... also let the filter dry, the carburator will suck that water, you dont want that

@FEZZYPOWNS if you are changing your oil and you know it is dirty then you should do it when it is cold to prevent from burning your self. If you just need to add more oil you should let you bike run for a min or two because the oil will expand as it warms but if it is cool then it may look like there is low oil.

ok first off i have no problem with people that try to help others. But make sure you know what your doing before you inform. First you didnt even mention to check or replace the oil filter. second you didnt mention to wipe off the drain plug for excess shavings.Third you didnt even take the cage out of the filter witch one means there will be trash left inside, and you didnt speeze the filter like your supposed to and let dry completly, and even after that you didnt even oil the damb filter man
