I've been having problems sleeping or going totally unconscious with these is that ok or should i try ways to fall asleep?

@rjneal20 Hypnosis isn't going to sleep, it's a state of deep relaxation where you are still aware of what is going on. A person in hypnosis never actually goes unconscious.
