That's funny, since a lot of US cars actually outrank Japanese equivalents.

But the prob is that they are TOO good. We would need to make the cheapest car that the Chinese would let us import. Forget all the 'luxury' features, & make something that provides the fastest transportation to the largest number of people. Probably not even a car. I'm thinking everything from mopeds to econoboxes are going to sell well.

So, ironically, it would NEED to be 'shitty'. But far cheaper than US cars!

most of the components to these cars are imported from the far east anyway and then are merely installed and then all the flag wavers go WOOO american cars!
