I just drove a 2011 this afternoon. Earlier in the day I drove an Infiniti G37 IPL. There is NO comparison when you factor in the fun. I was hot on the G37. I think I'll be buying the 1 series convertible.

Not a good review - didn't mention the extremely hard suspension on the M sport or how it crashes over pot holes or how noisey it is, or how lacking the petrol engines are - all noise and no go - actually that was shown but not commented on. Not impressed for the money you can do so much better.

Why are convertibles compared to coupes? Sure, they are inferior to the coupe in every way - but the top comes off. Apples and oranges.
