@farlyso On an individual level, what Kyubey does is terrible, which is why people hate him. I can't bring myself to hate him because he has shown that clearly he is only doing what makes sense to him (and the end of the last episode proves this - with different universal laws he isn't as despicable).

that cat thing gives me an idea for a book idea that I have.... an omnious animal roaming around the areas that the main character travels to at main points in the storyline, shows a hidden motive to what may have been watching to what he does in these encounters across the book, a sense of being a puppet to a greater thing... whether dark or bright. Eh, not the best idea, might just scrap it.
