She's full of fire- Kali Ma type fire. It can be good and it can be bad. If you're weak at will and strength stick to her books and not personal interaction. I've seen her make girls cry and and others dance and cry with joy.

Funny thing, I've been given a good talking to by Mrs. Weed herself once and lord knowns I deserved it! lol. Susan is a very strong willed, and strong voiced woman, she also holds people to a standard that they may not be familiar with. It's not that she's untrustworthy, she's just brutally honest. And it's rare. (however, I have heard her chide someone unnecessarily for saying "almond MILK" even though she herself once called it so)

I was at my wits end my husband was so ill and called her office I know you need an appt. to talk I just wanted a name of a book or some herbs, well Susun took my call was calm soothing told me to calm myself, gave me the names of a few books, and we tried what she said to do and my husband is fine we drink nettle tea all the time now our son does if I she left you a message you must have been rude to her she may seem matter of fact but she knows what she is doing so has the right to be!!

People especially women seem to have a real problem with strong women. If you took a coures at a university and didn't like the instructor, your money wouldn't be refunded. That is just business. In any learning situation you have to follow direction and be a bit receptive. People take classes all of the time with teachers they don't like. If you want to learn you do it. Let's say you're in the wrong, just for shits and giggles, even IF, you were in the wrong, a truely spiritual person,would chalk it up to a loss, and return the money. But she won't. My friend just went to her "workshop" a few days ago. She was yelling and screaming at all of those in attendance and was even calling one girl an idiot.

If anyone in the class made a mistake, as does happen in a learning environment, she belittled and criticized repeatedly. It seemed to me to be a highly toxic and abusive environment and not conducive to learning at all

She claims on her website that her strength of character seems abrasive in a women and therefore is often mistaken for anger. Or something along those lines. It is also said that in situations that are dangerous she may raise her voice to warn or caution others. All of this seems reasonable if in fact that was how she behaved. But in my experience, this was not the case.

Actually, there may be a valid reason to ask if one is an alcoholic.

There are different wasy to produce tinctures one way is to use alcohol another is to use glycerin sooo if you needed to avoid the alcohol it is a whole set of different procedures to use. It really is not such an odd question to ask.
