The girl in Lane 4 is Kaitlin Sandeno. Kaitlin, by virtue of her 2nd place finish in this race went on to win a Silver Medal in the 400 IM (along with 3 other medals I believe including a relay Gold) at the 2004 Athens Games, setting an American Record in the process.
