mcr did the old "quit while your ahead" to avoid turning out like linkin park or greenday,but now that their coming back and making a record that sounds like their first record "i brought you my bullets, you brought me your love." they have a chance to recover their old fans but lose the new ones that acustom to the new sound
@dingking46 I agree about the Linkin Park thing... because they suck and I hate them haha, but Green Day is still amazing to me. They've just grown up and their songs are developing more meaning. It's a lot different, but it's still great.
However, to me, their new album sounds nothing like Bullets... I prefer anything to sounds like bullets, if anything the lyrics just seem dry and downgraded from their previous songs. I don't know, I'm just hoping it turns out good.

Eh, it really doesn't have anything to do with money. Maybe they've changed, but they are far from money lusting bastards. They've not set an official date but have been assuming that it could possibly come out this year but it's not a verified thing. No, I'm pretty sure this is simply a rumor. Whoever said this might have heard of "The Black Parade Is Dead!" and mistaked it for "The Black Parade Part 2."
As far as I know though they are moving on to different ideas not lingering on TBP.

Actually they said they were recording the songs really quick. The only reason it has been so long is because this is the first time they have ever taken a break between albums. They got a ton of songs recorded in like a week. Of course they have to take breaks, just like any band does, you know? It's hard to just work work work, plus Gee has a baby to take care of. I think they will make it longer than this, the album is going to be out soon and Gee said Death Before the Disco is their
best song yet (which is ironic because I'm not very fond of that song at all, but I like the Kiss the Rain song). They said it could be anywhere from the next few months to maybe a little longer. No confirmed date. But Gerard wrote a little update on how he has had free time so he had been doing alot of writing and everything for the new album and that it could be out in the next month or two, MAYBE. No set date as of now, though.
It wasn't an actual fight per say. It was just during projekt revolution where frank was trying to kiss Gerard and Gerard shoved Frank down and almost made him flip over then he kicked his guitar, proceeded to kick something in the audience then threw something at Frank. Look up "Frank and Gerard fight" and a video should come up. Or you can look over in the info beside this video for the link.

A so called "Fight" which is wasn't really is was jut Frank practically attacked Gerard trying to kiss him while Gerard was singign and causes him to drop the mic. Gerard got mad and shoved Frank down and threw the mic at him and made him drop his guitar.

They've not set an official date but have been assuming that it could possibly come out this year but it's not a verified thing. No, I'm pretty sure this is simply a rumor. Whoever said this might have heard of "The Black Parade Is Dead!" and mistaked it for "The Black Parade Part 2."
As far as I know though they are moving on to different ideas not lingering on TBP.

its weird cuz i heard they're having a lot of trouble recording this album and i didnt think they even had a name for it yet....Gerard said they are having a lot of trouble getting schedules to not interfere and they are trying to get it done and over with but find themselves taking frequent breaks from recording the album....i think this is it for them...it pains me to say it tho..

Actually they said they were recording the songs really quick. The only reason it has been so long is because this is the first time they have ever taken a break between albums. They got a ton of songs recorded in like a week. Of course they have to take breaks, just like any band does, you know? It's hard to just work work work, plus Gee has a baby to take care of. I think they will make it longer than this, the album is going to be out soon and Gee said Death Before the Disco is their

So honestly, they are getting this stuff down quick, I bet they do know the name and just hide it like the sneaky little fuckers they are, haha (: They are creative and productive, they all need this. 100% Agreed. MCR saves lives. And plus, those "concerned parents" out there, it's not a dealt cult or whatever! They want the exact opposite! And it says it in every song. Every song makes me feel like I'm loved and that atleast the 5 people on my cd player care about ME! I'm not afraid to keep on living, and I'm not afraid to walk this world alone, though I won't have to, because I have MCR ALWAYS walking with me. That is like so true. If they're all under pressure and stuff, then they might split up and that would suck. They said it could be anywhere from the next few months to maybe a little longer. No confirmed date. But Gerard wrote a little update on how he has had free time so he had been doing alot of writing and everything for the new album and that it could be out in the next month or two, MAYBE. No set date as of now, though.

It wasn't an actual fight per say. It was just during projekt revolution where frank was trying to kiss Gerard and Gerard shoved Frank down and almost made him flip over then he kicked his guitar, proceeded to kick something in the audience then threw something at Frank. Look up "Frank and Gerard fight" and a video should come up. Or you can look over in the info beside this video for the link.

No, dear, I don't think that will be the case.
They've got until the summer before she has the baby, and think about it this way. Each member of Green Day has kids and they've still been able to continue with their long years of putting out records and they still are.
I doubt he will quit the band, so don't fret about it too much (:

It's fine to have that opinion. Honestly i love MSI and everything as well and I think Lyn Z seems nice but i've always sort of thought the way the portrayed herself was a litttle degrading after an article I read where she said she likes crowd surfing because the 14 year old are grabbing on her, I thought that was rather disturbing. She's not a druggie though, but she might looks like one to people, yes.

Think about it for a minute, Frank breaks uitars all the time mainly because it's his fault because he gets so ecited, do you think he would care if it got broken?
Plus they already had their last show and it went amazingly well, no problems or anything.
Also eveen if Gerard had broke it they would never break up over that, Frank would probably laugh it off.

He left back then due to his grandmothers death in which he left for a week.
He isn't leaving the band at this time though, besides, the band is already off tour now.

A so called "Fight" which is wasn't really is was jut Frank practically attacked Gerard trying to kiss him while Gerard was singign and causes him to drop the mic. Gerard got mad and shoved Frank down and threw the mic at him and made him drop his guitar.
Gerard over reacted, yes, but it wasn't a literal fight.

They said it would more than likely be late 2009, so closer to 2010. They did say they were actually taking a break this time though, they said they never really have taken a break.
