I agree with the comment taht all your vids are great quality. I can usually raid at nearly extreme-quality settings but I don't usually get more than 20 FPS when the particles start flying (unless it's a claustrophobic instance like YIS).
Im using the same UI but i dont have a window with the procs for my items with a bar with remaining time. Did you change something in the settings to get this window?

there is a certain thing you can load from profit to get the bars i had them but lost them the last time i reformated my computer
