@Hittman305 ( I know it's been a year since your YouTube post, but since there are children involved; DUDE!!! Go apply for legal aid!! I was flat ass broke, I was so SO desperate (and entitled as it turned out) to legal assistance. I thought "Legal Aid" would be shitty ass "aid" man, that guy BUSTED his ass on my behalf!! He really did! Go for it. It's your kids. it's worth a try. If they give you a lawyer you don't like, ask if you can have a different one. Good Luck. Sincerely :)
There's no difference between this and the Sean Goldman case, except this white trash waste didn't have the money to go to another country on "vacation" never to return.
We have proof that the child was abused by the mother being locked up in a closet never allowed to play outside. Do we have any proof of any abuse from the father other than the allegations of a deranged woman? 2 years and still the child is STILL not returned to the father. Unbelievable!!!
Sounds like your listening with your eyes rather than your ears...The police officer is obviously emotionally effected and impressed at this young child's resilient attitude...considering what the boys been through.
Not the way I listened to it. He said that line as if it was an after thought.
I agree completely that what the boy has been through was really tough though. Maybe you heard it differently... but it was not that obvious the police officer is emotionally affected.
Do me a favor - close your eyes imagine a nice blond haired - blue eyes police offer. Press Play and listen to the clip one more time and see if that doesn't change your opinion of a so called "emotionally unaffected" officer.
i believe the problem...with people today.?people tend to close their eyes to much..we the public..didnt know what went on behind close doors...i think they both should be able to share custody..and stop the nonsence..this would have never happened..if they tried to be adults..and thought of the child to begin with...the child is being abuse <with whats going on at this moment...think the parents need a strong talking too..?.
ACTUALLY... I think you've misinterpreted that sentence to fit your p.o.v. The fact of matter is the cop pretty much used the exact tone through out that entire sentence, so the fact that you type the word actually out in caps means that you either misheard or have selective hearing - we all do it sometimes...it's not that big a deal. You just have be able to realize when and where it happens as not offend or confuse a clear cut situation. Much like this one. Do you agree?
I disagree. I capped the word "actually" to point out which I'm talking about, but his usage of the word still conveys the same meaning. Rhetorically, actually seems to point out how the situation is in reality, because he could not show that with his tone of voice. But I don't want to argue over this minor detail anymore, particularly because you seem really patronizing and just a general douchebag... so yea. It's not that big a deal.
the mother abducted him,, hid him in a room for two years! she and the husband obviously dont get on very well, or they would still be together, so i guess not, they shouldn't both look after this child, thats ridiculous.
The mother obviously wanted to be with him. She couldn't because "the law" says so. That's why she did that. She obviously cares for the son. See if you are able to understand what you see rather than BELIEVE what you are told you are seeing.
1-I wasn't talking to you. 2- the "report" is not shown on this video. 3- U don't "SEE" she accusing the husband of anything. That's something someone else says. Whether she was "proven wrong" is not shown here either.4- You don't "SEE" ANY "vengeance" That's what you ASSUME. And last, you have NO evidence to prove she's a "bad mother" That comes out of your own head. A good mother would go to any lengths to be with its child. The "law" denied her that right, so she did that. Ur name suits U ;)
2-The "law" denied her the right to her child due to her unstable nature [research it like I did, not just the news reports]
3-She did accuse her husband of abuse AFTER the he was awarded custody of the child, so suddenly she disappears to her mothers crawl-space: thats is the definition of vengeance and also considered child abuse and DOES NOT make her a good mother
4-You are one of those women that believe other women do nothing wrong, remember Susan Smith?
I sayUrname suits U even better than I thought! Ha ha
The "law" will say anything that favors whoever can pay the best lawyer. That's not "new"
U can not present evidence to PROVE that she did it because of "that" reason you claim. She may have done it because didn't find any other way to be with her son.
I never said "no woman do wrong". And who cares about ONE woman doing sthg wrong? What? there are "many"? How many are there whom do NOT ??? And who told U that I'm "a woman"? Ur "knowledge"?
@ShutUpH00ker - How intelligently thought through .. nice language too, I wonder if maybe her husband had a broken personality like yours and this was her only way of getting her son away from him.
@Sansash01202 Ahhh yes you are another cunt who believes because a woman has the ability to become a mother she can do no wrong. Ask the Susan Smith's kids if she did no wrong... Yes, my language is harsh but its because its the only way to get the attention of assholes who think they are right. And in this case the husband was the only stable one, it was the meth & crack addicted mother with the 'broken personality"..... You are wrong and you fail.
@ShutUpH00ker I think you're the failure .. starting a conversation with 'cunt' - I suppose you have the inside facts on this case .. not! - keep you're mouth shut if you don't know what you're talking about .. and you obviously have an axe to grind!!
Don't jump the gun. I agree that bottling the kid up inside the house BUT, we don't know all the circumstances. I've learned that there's usually more to meet the eye.
It's weird how missing children being found are all up in the news. It is better then them just missing but it is odd how a cluster of news reports seem to pop up with the same theme at the same time. Almost like the media picks and chooses what to report and what not to report on. It is great that this boy and that girl have been found but its just odd.

Its hard to make a judgment call here. I've seen domestic abuse cases where women had to run away and take their children away from abusive spouses.

The fact that he said "It's ACTUALLY pretty sad" indicates that even he, himself, realized that he did not sound at all empathetic.
Do all the imagination you want, but he did not sound empathetic even though the situation warrants it.

What I SEE is a woman, unstable and on drugs [as per her arrest report and mug shots], who was denied custody because of her drug use..
I SEE that she accuses her husband of child abuse and when such is proved false by family court the husband gets FULL custody of the child.
What I SEE is a vengeful cunt of a woman who used her child to 'get back' at her husband after he was awarded full custody by the court...
Not all mothers are good ones 'ya know
Some have even been known to kill their own

In reality he was with people who were keeping him away from his father purely out of spite, that actually makes them worse than wolves....
