my S8100 can do this if you have the class 6- or 10 SDHC card which I DO NOT yet.. this is a great use of that mode!!! AND when he barks.. it looks like i remember Sparkie....

does it have sound when slowmotion it? question : when you record can u see slowmotion or when u play u can slowmotion it?

No sound is captured when you record slow-motion footage & the length of your clips is capped. After a certain number of seconds the filming goes back from 240fps to a normal rate.

You can view the footage straight away on the camera's LCD screen (which is

"bright and beautiful"). As the display is only 3" - the jaggies and pixellation inherent in QVGA films are minimal and far outweighed by the extra detail in MOVEMENT that you get to see.

I haven't tried other high speeds yet.
