I've messed with the horn first-hand at the Edwards shop, and I must say it is probably the best trombone I have ever picked up and played, including other very nice brands, like shires and Holton. I'm only 17 now, but I definitely want to get one, it's pretty pricey though. From what I know, you won't get away without paying at least $4000.
Joe is one of the few classical trombonists who can get away with slide vibrato every once in a while and still sound really good. Still loving his inspirational sound. =)
@Kevinescence640 That's only because nobody seems to know what to do with it anymore! Not sure what's so scary about it... Slide vibrato is one of the most unique expressive tools we have at our disposal on the instrument! It's gorgeous!
It definitely sounds like that particular horn responds very well...
