You can dupe lockpicks but it freezes the game if you try to dupe a large amount.

Tempted to buy the GOTY edition. Looking for something to play until Skyrim. I had the original verision but that was before I had xbox live so I did not get any of the updates and DLC for the game. Any way is the DLC any good?

This glitch was never patched out, and furthermore no copy on the PS3 can be updated, as they are all fully patched out of the box.

personally i think duping is kinda boring it makes the game way easier i kinda like it to be har but once u become invicable and have like everything maxed then its boring so may as well look for glitches and stuff like that!

i so far have not experienced any bugs in the GOTY version, and i have had it since it came out- no idea who is telling you that- glitches are bad coding errors, and can happen differently to different people.

Actually, I found this one glitch on the GOTY where you are stuck on the island with a fort inside and have to kill everyone to get out, everytime you get near the exit after killing everyone inside, the game freezes and u have to restart. I had to save after every 2 steps!

it is alot glitchier. for example, one MAJOR bug is when you become a vampire on the ps3 oblivion version, you CANNOT turn back. This is very frustrating.

The best way to do this is two get two scrols of the same kind then dupicate a scrol pick only one of them up then do it again and then you can go up in numbers you cant duplicate an item if you have more ofthat item than you do scrolls your using to duplicate for instince you have 2 health potions and 3 scrols if you duplicate you will only get 2 unless you only pick one up and keep doing it over and over best way is two copy a scroll like 2o times pick them up and use them 2 duplicate with

The easiest way to get duplicate scrolls is by repeatedly collecting the Black Horse Courier in Imperial City.

Just keep going back to him every once in a while, sometimes clicking on him multiple times. You should get plenty in no time.

OMG it works!!!! ty ty ty (i no reply is a bit late but i will subscribe to u and rate 5* as i said. just a quick note u can add as an annotation u can find 2 of the same scroll in the shivering isles, when u get past the gates of madness go into dementia near the start there is a camp sign head towards there and there will be a mage, kill him and he drops 2 shocking touch scrolls ^_^ plz credit me if u add as annotation ^_^

I believe you need 2 copies of the scrolls, AND 2 copies of the armor at 100% repair. I think this will work for armor, I know it works for the Akaviri dai-katana and other weapons.

you dont need to equip because scrolls cant be equipped. just click twice on the scrolls then drops the item you want to duplicate

you have to click twice even if you have 100 scrolls, but you need to equip them first

the duping chest at the university only dupes ONE item at a time. That means it will only work if you put one thing in there; as in one daedra heart. placing stacks in there will only eliminate the item(s).

all you need to o is buy some scrolls from the the magical emporium in the imperial city and buy 2 types of scrolls 2 f each type then equip a scroll then drop an item then its duped

I've been messin with it for a while...Apparently the more scrolls you have the higher the duplication Ex:5 Scrolls=Original item plus 4 cloned ones.

And it does not have to be game of the year edition.

Another word of advice, certain enchanted items don't duplicate, but staffs (most of them) will. Daedric items (from the quests) don't dupe at all, and Duping items of 100 or more will cause the game to freeze (temporarily) or completely.

after you leave the imperial sewers. go to three brothers in the imperial market. the brother who stays at the back of the shop sells cheap scrolls. dupelicate any potions that you have n sell it to jensine. this trick will help you get money very easily. also if you are low on scrolls just duplicate them.
